Stayed for 1 night. Room was $200+ and very very average. The only great thing was the location.
Bed was small. Bathroom small and pokey. Shower had great pressure however the shower head has seen better days. Sprays out in every direction.
The absolute worst part is the air con. Was a very hot humid day and we arrived about 6.30pm. Got to the room and put the air con on. I put it on 19 to cool the room. Went to dinner and drinks and got back around 12am. Walked in and the room wasn't cool. Looked at the panel and it said 24. I thought to myself, I am sure I set that to 19. So I put it back down. Went to bed, woke up half n hour later and was sweating. I thought this isn't right. Got up and it's on 24 again. So it is obviously on a timer to revert to 24. This is disgusting. We paid $200+ and couldn't even have a good sleep as we were up every half n hr or so to put the temp back down. It was cooler outside than in the room. Definitely not worth the amount we paid.

Went with a group to see the Toowoomba Gardens and stayed for four nights at Bourke and Wills Hotel. Beds were very comfy and I liked the nice touch of leaving biscuits to have with my cup of tea. The Hotel was central handy to a large shopping centre. |We had breakfast included which was excellent and thanks to the ladies who would get us pancakes on the days that these weren’t on the menu. Our dinners were also included with our bus package and thanks to the chefs for the great meals, especially to Amila for the sensational butter chicken, curried vegies, etc.

The Burke and Wills Hotel is exceptionally good. Friendly staff, beautiful amenities. Lovely view from my room. Comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you could possibly want to start your day. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed to attend a UniSQ graduation- it is a great location for that as it is walking distance from where it was held at the Empire theatre. Lovely rooms. I liked the recliners and our view over the town hall and out the back to the Empire’s neon lights. Coukd see right across town. Listening to the many Currawongs in whilst watching the beautiful sunset the afternoon/evening was lovely. One staff member gets no stars - one at the restaurant/bar who didn’t really make an effort to advise what could be made vegan, just said they don’t have anything. Vegans not catered for very well overall. Would stay again, but definitely go somewhere else to eat.

Been here less than an hour. Worst experience I have ever had in All my years travelling. What hotel doesn’t have enough parking for their client!! Useless I’m parked on the street outside. I have to pay for outside parking. I parked On the street out side and staying for 4 days. Lift is broken and had to use service lift. Have to connect own streaming service to tv , didn’t work. The prices keep going up and the service keeps going down. The next 4 days are going to be a nightmare at the rate this is going.

The food and service is amazing, if you are looking for somewhere to eat quietly then this won’t be the place for you but if you don’t mind then go for it. There are rooms to hold special events like a wedding party or meetings etc but I haven’t stayed in one of the bedrooms yet. Overall, this is a good hotel and if you just want to go there to stop and eat then that’s fine.

We went to Toowoomba in Queensland for the flower festival and stayed at the Burke and Wills Hotel.|The hotel is wonderful, great staff, food very nice, beautiful interior and very clean.|The room was a basic entry level room we chose, very clean and has everything but the only downside was the toilet very close to the wall so a bit tight for room, we would stay again but will upgrade to a larger room next time, but in saying that a great place to stay and highly recommend this beautiful hotel.|Its also right in the city centre so you can walk to lots of shops with the huge plaza 5 minute walk, lots of restaurants walking distance so this is a very good place to stay, has free parking, restaurants, function rooms, loved this hotel.
