Stayed at park in a cabin with my daughter. Found the park to be in a great location. Very presentable, clean tidy with a sparkly pool. Individual site ensuits was great. Whilst cabins are older style, we found them to be in comfortable, clean working condition. Our cabin was serviced by housekeeping, which was a nice surprise to come back from a day out. Holiday turned into work, and we needed to extend our stay, the management were great in assisting us, we needed to move cabin, and staff were happy helping us to move cabins, so we could stay longer.
highly recommend park and will definitely stay there again.

My late wife and I stayed at this park annually for around 8 years and in the beginning it was fine but as the years went in, the state of the grounds slowly deteriorated to the point we decided we wouldn’t bother any more.
The state of the ensuites was truly sub par and his health authorities checked they would be closed as a health hazard, with rotting benches and cupboards, exhaust fans not working and so old the plastic parts were simply falling apart and the shower drains so full of hair, bits of soap and who knows what else they take ages to drain water,
One year they put us at the rear among feral permanents who tinkered with and revved motor bikes all day and into the night, and spread themselves well and truly into our site.
Unless things have improved a great deal, I suggest anywhere but here.
The owner has replied to my review suggesting I am mistaken in my review, however, I can assure you I am not.
The feral motor bike owner and his family were in a large bus with his belongings scattered widely and the owner, (or manager) when I spoke to him said he was very aware of the nuisance this tenant was causing.
I can assure the owner my late wife and I were regulars there, with our last stay 2021, the year before my beautiful wife lost her life and if the park can't find the records of our stays, maybe that says more about the bookkeeping standards than me being mistaken because my banking records aren't wrong?
While the owner may have made some improvements in the meantime, looking at the recent reviews, it is obvious much more needs to be done.

I stayed with my family over the Christmas holidays, cabin was clean and comfortable, pool was lovely and it was nice to be able to bbq beside it while the kids swam. We will be back.

It was one of the worst caravan parks we have stayed in.
Doesn't really deserve any stars!
I had to call about our booking as we were arriving after the office closing time.
I'm pretty sure they missed our booking by the reaction of the staff member I talked to.
We arrived at a site that hadn't been mowed & a dirty ensuite with broken vanity door & mouldy internal area.
The park was very noisy all night. Quite a scary place to stay.
Wouldn't recommend holidaying here at all.

Decent site near to both distilleries if you're in Bundaberg for their tours. Powered sites come with an en suite which was a little dated but fine for a couple of nights. A few loud dogs if you wander deeper into the site to use the dump point. Perfect for a short stay.

Clean. Value for money especially for larger families, our cabin had two rooms, with two double beds and two sets of bunks, 8 total. Position is not far anywhere|Close to KFC, hungry jacks etc. Front counter very friendly and helpful. Facilities clean and functional. Will definately be back.|

Arrived at the park 21 April 2024 and allotted site 33 and set up prior to rain. Roads around the park are potholed. Rainfall was about medium to heavy. Went out into the annex about7.30pm and stepped into a wading pool. I was wearing elastic sided work boots and as I walked towards the rear of the van, the water in the annex was about 50mm deep, almost over the toes of my boots. At the front of the slab, the water was about 25mm deep held back by grass. No drainage in place. I dug two small channels towards the roadway but was unable to clear the water from the rear of the slab. We had planned on staying five nights but will be confronting management in the morning to ask for a refund and intend on leaving to find somewhere else that doesn't resemble a rice paddy.
