Had the most amazing experience from the moment I walked into the spa. I was greeted with a smile and a nice welcome. I then was handed a warm towel before my treatment started. I was taken into the treatment room and had everything explained to me step by step. The treatment started and I was instantly relaxed. Would highly recommend to all mummas who need that break and relax

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing pregnancy massage (35 weeks) with Alisa at the Bump
Spa in Double Bay! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Her technique was gentle yet effective, targeting all the areas where I felt the most tension. I left feeling refreshed, light, and so much more at ease in my body. The spa itself is quaint and comfortable with all the little details thought of.
Highly recommend as a gift for someone or to yourself.

I had a 90 min pregnancy massage this morning at 37 weeks pregnant, with the amazing Alisa. It was truly magical and i didnt want the 90mins to end. Alisa gave me the firm massage that i wanted especially in my tight hips, and she relieved swelling in my legs, feet and hands. I only wish i had come sooner as not sure i can fit another one in before baby arrives 🙂 thanks so much Alisa and bump day spa double bay!

I had a massage here at around 34 weeks pregnant and it was my first time. I was really looking forward to the experience but somehow found it to be very bland and did not meet expectations.
The therapist was lovely and did nothing wrong it was just a very basic massage.

I reached out to management to provide feedback via email in which they were grateful for but did not offer any solution which I found to be a real shame. An offer to see a more senior therapist was discussed which I would have loved to do but I did not pursue when they seemed more interested in locking in a payment than redeeming their reputation. I was more than happy to pay for the services just didn't appreciate the focus put on it.

Overall it was a nice place to visit and is lovely for expectant mothers to get out and enjoy a pamper; I just found my own experience a little disappointing.

Celebrated my birthday here as my partner surprised me with a gift voucher. I got the Bliss Package and thoroughly enjoyed the foot bath and masque. The massage was very relaxing and my therapist Angelli was very professional and had very gentle hands. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and left feeling super relaxed on my birthday.

It’s so rare, as a mother of a little person, to be touched without being asked for anything in return. If your life feels all give and no take, I highly recommend a visit to Bump Day Spa! I’ve been twice - once as a first-time pregnant mama and just recently as a mother to a two year old with a newbie on the way - and both visits have left me wafting around like Mr Burns emerging high from the forest.
