Great beach! The campsite is right next to the beach, perfect location for us, using a powered camper site. Good toilets and showers. We didn't use the kitchen, and only stayed one night. Everything worked. The amenities blocks are accessible by a code so not usable by the general public. Easy to book by phone and late arrival wasn't a problem.

Nice big, clean caravan park.
We got a powered site with an ensuite. ( pictures included). It was so nice having our own bathroom, and the rates were reasonable.
It's right on the beach and also a great walking/ biking path that goes for miles and miles all along the coast.
Lots of birdlife and bunnies!

We stayed at a powered site. We didn't see a staff member the whole time we stayed 6 days. And in the most hectic winds. Not busy this time of year.
Beautiful spot right on the beach, the cafe in the park is amazing.
I would have liked to have been told the amenities block left of the site had been renovated. We used the older ones closer to our site and my husband was too tall for the shower head ?.
Loved the native birds and the beach being so close. Has no problem with it being on the edge of the cemetery. Top spot ...in summer it must be just amazing.

Nice location. Neighbours are quiet. Plenty of birds and rabbits to keep you company. Lower amenity block showers are woeful. Thankfully we found the top block which were better.

Advised to take a 2 bedroom cabin although only one couple for benefit of ocean view - unfortunately too cold and windy to sit on verandah and lounges and window inside too low to see sea, unless standing. |All clean and tidy inside with good aircon. Everything very basic though with no hangers in wardrobe, one spare blanket for 5 beds, minimal toiletries, few coffee etc sachets, no salt/pepper, no spare pillows. WORST of all, especially considering cost,. NO WI-FI.|Surprised to see police outside kitchen window early morning - apparently in response to breaking from many fast moving bikers on path alongside.

You see the reviews talking about people dying to get a permanent spot at this caravan park, but I didn't appreciate the unwavering commitment from its residents!
The above is a joke in relation to the cemetery next door.
Bulli Beach Tourist Park is actually a beautiful and spacial place.

Great location right on the beach. Clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Caravan sites are raised about 10mm from the road way making it tricky to unhitch the car if the back tires aren’t able to be up on the grass. Quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife. Two shower blocks - the far on up the hill is modern and recommended. Two cafes nearby (one on site) open from breakfast to after lunch). We will be back!
