We had an absolutely amazing stay at Fiesta Motel Buderim – this place is a true hidden gem on the Sunshine Coast.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and super comfortable, with a double and a single bed that made it perfect for both couples and small families. The air con was a lifesaver after a day out in the weather. We loved relaxing with the TV and Netflix in the evenings, and the bar fridge was great for keeping our drinks chilled and snacks fresh.

The pool was a highlight – clean, peaceful, and perfect for a dip to cool off or just to unwind. It’s a lovely space that feels private and relaxing.

Julia, the host, was absolutely incredible. So warm, friendly, and helpful – she really goes above and beyond. You can call her anytime, and she’s literally just around the corner, ready to help with anything you need. That personal touch really made a difference and added to the family-run charm of the place.

Another big bonus is the location. Not only is it right next to some of the cheapest servos on the entire Sunshine Coast (great for anyone on a budget or traveling by car), but it’s also so close to Buderim Falls. The falls are stunning and well worth the visit – a beautiful little slice of nature just minutes from your doorstep.

Fiesta Motel Buderim is affordable, comfortable, and full of heart. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel right at home, and we can’t wait to come back.

The host was extremely helpful and accommodating of all of my needs. On arrival the room was exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything I needed. The location was perfect for my work visit. Access to wifi and a table to work was most appreciated. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Nice motel. Clean and tidy. The customer service was amazing. It's close to Mooloolaba, where there's heaps to do and places to eat and go out.

Don't believe the reviews, they were all written by people from housing after the owner requested they give the business a good review. This owner is dodgy, she let's junkies run around abusing people and turning off hot water systems, she will blame anything and everything on guests that haven't even done anything wrong. She is NEVER on site, for check in she leaves your room unlocked with the key on the bench, if you need assistance for any reason you will have to wait until she gets there to assist you. There are a set of units behind this hotel, this neighbours can be rather rowdy, the owner will blame guests for the noise not realising it was the units behind. The pool is never clean, it was foul. Behind the service station which is located next door is a caravan park, make sure you lock your car because they take a short cut across this hotel and snoop around people's cars. The rooms are old outdated and everything is broken. The owner will try to claim for damages you didn't do, lucky I kept photos because she was trying to claim $1200, I cleaned the room before I left. Be on your guard with this owner, dodgy and doesn't care unless it's going to line her pockets.

Lovely motel, just of a busy road but surrounded my beautiful trees and sounds of local wildlife.Room number 1 is spacious, updated modern, clean, well stocked with the expected basics, incl fridge, tea/coffee/milk/biscuits, microwave, kettle, plates etc, hanging clothes rack, tv, quiet a/c, dining table, relaxing corner with comfy lounge chairs. Bathroom is basic but clean, just missing a hairdryer (maybe I could have asked, but managed without).

PS Julia is delightful and support helpful. I only wish it was possible to delete reviews from before new owners took over, because they're irrelevant. 👍👍👍

The Fiesta Motel is unpretentious, and for me that’s a plus. I have stayed overnight here twice and found the rooms tidy and adequately equipped. The beds and bedding have been very clean and comfortable. Although I have yet to meet the proprietors, I have been more than satisfied by Julia’s text messages and prompt responses to calls. Fiesta has a genuinely homely feel to it.

It was ok just need to fix the showers they have no water pressure what so ever and the temperature kept changing from hot to cold.
