Good location and bright airy place, very large to cater for very large conventions and functions. Staff very friendly. Building needs an uplift. Told staff about flush in male toilet continually flushing over the course of 3 days many mega litres of precious water wasted. Nothing was done. Female Colleagues mentioned that 2 soap dispensers had soap that was rancid and stunk. Needs a proper clean. Airconditioning freezing in large rooms and boiling in smaller rooms. Again. Told staff didn't change. Hot water for coffee was tepid. Had to wait for hotplate to heat up and heat the water. I was able to place mind hand on the glass water and coffee pots. Management really needs to pay attention. To this. If these things can't be corrected I wonder what's wrong with the food. To their credit was good but in light of the above I wonder.

Went for a modelling show.
Could be more free parking and the attached cafe was a little expensive.
However, the venue was big and the toilets were clean. I couldn’t decide between a 3 star or 4, but went the 4 because it was a nice area.
Would be interesting to learn more about booking it.

I was a participant not an organiser, and tge day seemed to go really well.

Karen & Brett have done a great job this week looking after our training group in the Everest room at BTP. Plenty of care and attention, great food and most of all, so friendly and helpful! Thanks so much - I am very happy to recommend the venue and catering services.

Went here for a Landmark Forum . Parking was expensive and communication between centre management and attending party Landmark was very bad.

They told Landmark organises one thing and practices another

This is not a great place to be if your event goes into the evening on a weekend as it is dark heading to car-park and there are no shops or cafe's open where you can get a coffee so if you don't pack a picnic basket you will be sadly out of luck.

You would think they would have something open or at at least some drink and food machines so you could get water coffee and perhaps some sandwiches or at least an unhealthy pack of chips would be better then starving
