I had a brow wax and tint. Told the staff I had sensitive skin and an aversion to fragrance. The day after my appointment I had an incredibly painful, severe breakout across the entire waxed brow which has so far lasted a week, I approached the salon with photos of the breakout, asked for advice and a refund ( I was not at all happy with the finished product or the fact that the therapist didn’t recommend threading as an alternative to sensitive skin). They rudely said try threading next time, and take antihistamine. No refund. Never had this issue with wax before, have had my brows waxed several times in the past year. probably bad staff hygiene.

Edited in response to owners email: please see attached where I did not blackmail them thru email, I emailed asking for a refund as I was dissatisfied with their service and follow up to my complaint.
I wrote that rather than writing a negative review I would like to resolve the issue directly. They did not assist me in resolving the issue, so I left a negative review.
I did not see the employee wash their hands once during my wait while they finished with another client, when they were using the computer or during my appointment and honestly should have run outta there before I let her touch me. I have also never booked with them before so I’m not sure what they are on about with waiving a no show fee for me. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I had my brows done @brows Australia and did not had a great experience felt like the staff who did my brows needs more training and should try not to rush. I have cuts under my eye area on both the sides. Dint felt safe at all , won’t recommend for brows (threading).

Tahlia is one of the most professional and friendly beauty therapists I have had. Brows Australia has one of the most laid back and chill vibes. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I have had my eyebrows shaped, waxed, threaded and coloured all over the country but Bailey from Brows Australia is the best! Her attention to detail, care and effort is second to none! She takes the time to make sure you are looking perfect before you walk out the door, even when she is totally booked and I have asked, at the last minute, for extra services. Got a lash lift done and paid 85$ for this, thought it would set the next day. I was wrong I see no difference to my lashes. Do not get this done.

I couldn’t have loved my experience here more if I tried! Sam was absolutely AMAZING— she was so lovely and put in so much effort and skill into my brows and they’ve never looked better. She is so talented! We’re visiting from Sydney and Sam did such an amazing job that I feel like I’ll have to fly back down everytime my brows need done! Just incredible. The salon itself was so beautifully set out and immaculately clean. Everyone else who worked there were so lovely and welcoming too!
Honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
