Love this place. Never fails to give the best and most honest pool advice time after time. Would give 10 starts if I could, Warren went above and beyond to help me get my pool pump up and running again.

Really lucked out having Warren & his team as our closest pool shop. Their customer service is 2nd to none & you won't find a more honest man. Just realised I've gone an entire year without adding any chemicals. I was a bit high on the chlorine which ruined my perfect score. We also have a relatively small fibreglass pool that doesn't get sun all year round. Lucky we did drop over $2k there on a new robot this year otherwise he might stop giving my girls lollipops when they come in with me after this review 😆
Can strongly recommend getting them out to do a handover service, if you have just bought a place with a pool. It'll save you fumbling along.

I highly recommend Warren and his team. Today I had an 'emergency' with my pool and called to see when someone could come out. Warren was straight up happy to walk me through the issue on facetime to fix the issue. Nothing is too much trouble for him and his customer service is the BEST.
