Dean has been maintaining our spa for a number of years and he has always been professional, trustworthy and reliable. Dean provides excellent customer service. Recently a power surge destroyed the PC board in our spa and he went to great lengths to install a new one and make it compatible with the workings of our older model spa. Greatly appreciate his commitment and effort on this difficult job.

Dean from Brooks Spa Repair in the Upper North Shore district is lovely and professional. Excellent communication. Needed a new control panel - quite an expensive item about $550 for SP800 but that’s the reality of owning a spa. Got new filters and jets - excellent prices and were delivered in a few days. I was struggling with my spa chemicals, was told many different instructions by a few companies - Dean gave me a sheet that had a simple instruction to do after each spa use, weekly and every 4 months. Dean called me about a week after his visit to do a follow up and I was really happy! Call out fee was $30 more than my last spa guy so that was my only negative. Everything else perfect - so I’ll keep calling Brook’s Spa Repairs in the future as I think his service and customer service is worth it ☺️

Telephone enquiry regarding SPA repair. Quite rude and unhelpfull- said I was "too difficult" and hung up on me. Not the type of person at all I want to deal with and probably should not be in business. - would give a ZERO rating if that was possible.

Easy to book, very prompt and great service. Have had 3 call outs and never had an issue. They carry parts and there was no waiting to have my spa working again. Required a new cover for spa and this was ordered, delivered to my home and Dean turned up the next day to fit, etc. Very obliging and nothing is a problem. I called this business during the week, during business hours, and there was no answer so I left a voicemail but didn’t receive a call back. I called back on Friday at 5:45 pm thinking they would not answer and I would leave a message for Monday. An older man answered the phone who I was very polite to asking about our spa and he cut me off and said “why don’t you call back during business hours, it’s almost 7”. I said “No Sir it’s only 45 minutes after business hours”. Then I apologized anyway and explained that I was referred by my property manager (because they must bring a lot of business) and I said I would contact someone else but he didn’t care in the least bit and completed the call. In an effort to salvage the relationship I sent the text message below and didn’t receive any response.

By the way Sir,
A courtesy heads up that I wouldn’t have called you 45 minutes after closing time but no one answered or returned my message from yesterday. I was recommended to you by our property manager but I’ll be sure to let them know I offended you by calling at 5:45 so that another tenant doesn’t make the same mistake. Thanks
