Big shout out to Lara and Tom for their magnificent property and hospitality. Brookfield Retreat was just the ticket for our family to spend 4 wonderful days before and after our son's and daughter in law's wedding.
Being all together was so relaxed and easy as the retreat provided so many spaces to chill, including the bar and pooltable, table tennis and swimming pool. Also a great theatre room.
Beautiful gardens to wander through.
All being so close and convenient to the wedding venue, Bundaleer Rainforest gardens.
The newlyweds enjoyed their own beautiful studio suite.
We can't recommend Brookfield Retreat highly Enough.

Brookefield Retreat completely exceeded our expectations, we (a group consisting
of 13 x adults & 5 x kids) spend the last 4 x nights at this beautiful oasis. The entire property is immaculate, the photos just don't do it justice. It's not often you find accomodation that can host a large group and offer the perfect getaway for all ages. We can't wait to go back! ♥️

Myself and the extended family stayed at Brookfield retreat in Brisbane earlier this year. We had family coming in from all over the country and the world to stay. This was a perfect property for a family reunion. It was neat tidy and clean and had all the facilities that we needed. Lara was a wonderful host and nothing was too difficult when we asked. She was able to provide recommendations of activities and site seeing within the local area. We have all decided that we will make Brookfield Retreat our venue to meet each reunion . Thanks Lara for everything. See you again.

Cupboards and beds were broken, and I politely alerted her to this, no expecting any rectification… then she decides to make a claim through Air bnb for $1500 over a carpet.l, with no further comms.
There was no freedom through our stay as well, as she looked to keep as quiet as mice.
Just looking to squeeze money out of every single guest, not worth the trouble to be honest.

All the rooms are great n every room too but in spa bath need rail… and also out the back where the possum sleep so I didn’t see the steps n fell over n hurt my knee n elbow n my right side ribs are very sore so pls put let light under steps n also write down watch the steps every steps will be better…. I love in garage floor.. thanks for stayed over n will come back..

Beautiful semi rural retreat with extensive rooms .very comfortable surroundings with all you need . plentiful supply of bathroom linen super comfortable beds great retreat I definitely recommend this retreat to anyone .. definitely caters for large family's and ample parking supermarket Is 5 min away .we were guest here for a wedding absolutely loved our weekend away x
