Better than expected, especially considering the reviews! I think it’s great value for the money you pay for. Loved the reception lady as she was very friendly & accomodating. The pool is amazing! Location is great as it’s close to the water, main road, & plenty of yummy eateries. The room was good and the bed was comfy! Will definitely return again!

Location is quite good, nice cafes within walking distance. Customer service was a good experience. Room was very small, a lot smaller than the photos. Room was quite out dated and could have been cleaner. The was a red back spider living on the bathroom window seal. Hot water didn’t last long. Bed was comfy so that was a good thing. Washing machines and dryers only took coins, and all our clothes were still damp after using the dryer twice.

Rooms are not clean, poorly maintained and management is quite rude and unreasonable. Hard to understand why they don't try to make effort to satisfy customers.
Cannot recommend. Very noisy but what luck the room comes with ear plugs, seriously!
Better off staying at a hostel for half the price and will be twice as good.

My interactions with the staff were very professional and lovely and the shared spaces were well maintained. The room was much much smaller than advertised and some maintenance needs to be done as my shower head wouldn’t stay up at all and the locks were very old and barely screwed in. The locks on the doors were sketchy and at night you could hear people arguing out the front and near by people screaming which was very unsettling. They cannot help the location but if the rooms were better maintained and the locks were replaced with sturdier ones then the overall experience wouldn’t of been that bad.

This place was not ideal for us. It is located right on a busy highway, despite address being listed as a street, interstate visitor here so did not check before booking. The noise all night was horrible! There were even earplugs supplied? The reception was small and dingy and had to be entered from the main road, a fair walk around from the rear carpark access in another street. There were 3 flights of steps which made carrying up heavy luggage difficult. No assistance was offered. The room was clean however very very old looking with stains and chips on most surfaces. Facilities were acceptable however minimal. A positive was the air conditioning was very effective during the high humidity. Won’t be back!|We have stayed in 3 other places in the area and this was more expensive

Very dissapointing stay. The apartment had a funky smell and our friends apartment smelt like stale pee and had stains on the cushions and walls. The showers are very average with no water pressure and limited hot water. The units are next to a very noisy road. The TV is small and has no features so you're stuck watching free tv. Two people barely fit in the apartment. They also require a deposit for the key and ask to take your card details or bank details. Our deposit has been returned but I'd suggest bringing cash so they don't have your details on file. Will not be staying there again.

This place was absolutely horrid! PowerPoints pulled out of walls stains on the bed and chairs! NO VIEW the pool was dirty staff were decent they asked for id but that was abt it and the bathroom had no fresh toiletries such as toilet paper or soap! (Bar soap) the towels we were given had stains on them I could barely move in the bathroom and in a small person honestly wanted to throw up yes it’s cheep but I’d rather spend a little more extra money for cleanliness makes me sick.
NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN I saw a dead roach in the kitchen. Needs to be checked by health inspectors and shut down DO NOT STAY HERE

Old, worn out, out dated room only new things in here are the air conditioning and TV units, csnt sit on the tilt to wipe our butt or anything, cracked tiles all through the room chunks out of kitchen benches power leads and boards randomly on the kitchen bench and fridge sideways to reach the power board fridge was quite warm , rooms have way too much road noise (they did supply disposable ear plugs LOL and it is mentioned on website too) beds very soft and frames feel like they will fall apart any second

The best part is the air con works and the tv too and amazing water pressure in the shower too.

DO NOT BRING YOUR BIG LIFTED 4X4 HERE if its over 2.2 metre tall , as you won't fit and extremely limited street parking.
