Ordered a matcha and salmon bagel here, the server was so friendly. I have an issue with matcha being sweet and I checked with her when I ordered it to ask if they added any sugar to it and she went out of her way to check the bag for me, that it was just matcha powder and had no added sugar. This was really above and beyond service and I felt super grateful. The salmon bagel was also delicious. Thanks BrisBean!

OMG this place has the absolute best vibe! You simply cannot walk in and not smile. You are greeted by walls of doggy selfies, and they are utterly adorable! The food and drinks are also absolute top-notch. We tried the sausage rolls and some danishes, pretty basic fare, but absolute perfection! Fresh, warm, tasty, and served with a joyful smile. 💯 % recommend this place. They are genuinely dog friendly and who doesn't enjoy a yummy break with a beautiful doggy.

My toasted sandwich was the thinnest I have ever experienced. Unimpressed.

Brisbean is located super close to my place and always delivers on food - the coffee is decent too and the staff are always friendly. Staff are super friendly and the service is great too!

Normally love this place, but new management has started and unfortunately it has taken a turn. We waited a hour and a half for our meals, it wasn’t overly busy. When we did get our food, the scrambled eggs were cold, undercooked, tasted oddly of vinegar and had multiple large hairs in them. They also have changed their coffee beans which is personal preference but was our favourite part of the cafe. We had so much loyalty to Brisbean and would never consider going somewhere else, however a new place has just opened up maybe time to try somewhere new.

I have been coming to Brisbean for years and the coffee and food has always been top quality and consistent. However, in recent months there has been a noticeable decline in nearly everything I have ordered. Iced coffees are watery (and still warm) or burnt, the food is flavourless and overpriced - which is a bit hard to understand as I know most the ingredients they use are Coles home brand. I will definitely acknowledge that the customer service is 10/10 and always has been.

Food is always excellent! Delicious and well presented. Staff are consistently friendly.
The hot chocolate was great, as was the coffee.
You can also text your coffee order ahead which is a good option if you're in a rush!
