Absolutely love my Aria Hot Springs spa that I purchased from Brisbane Spa Centre. I did my research (and plenty of it), and glad that I decided to invest the tad more and purchase a Hot Springs Spa. They certainly seem to be the market leader.

What surprises me is the small amounts of power that are required to keep mine at temperature. My neighbours spa (a cheaper brand) chews through power.. somewhere between the likes of 7-10 times the power consumption of mine, with the volume of water not that much different. As per what they say about the insulation and low energy costs, it's true!

Secondly is the low maintenance of these spas. The salt water add on is also an absolute must for anyone buying a Hot Springs. I almost do nothing. Clean out a filter from time to time and that's about it. Again, a lot different to my neighbours who have to check, chlorinate, do this and that to their spa every single week. It's draining just hearing about it.

Annie & Matt and the team were a pleasure to deal with along the way as well! Whilst there wasn't someone to talk to immediately as we would all like it these days, I received a call back or email within a reasonable timeframe. You can't expect there to be someone to answer a call if the showroom has numerous customers in it, as they would be serving those customers after all. I run a much larger business myself which prides itself on our customer service, and I am very happy with the service overall from Brisbane Spa Centre.

When looking for a Spa we did the rounds comparing the differences.
Once we stepped into Brisbane Spa Centre it was a huge step up in quality.
It’s now been close to two years since purchasing our beautiful spa and it’s been a real life changer. (So relaxing after work)
I would encourage you to at least have a chat with Matt or Annie a friendly approachable couple with an abundance of product knowledge who can guide you through each step of the way in selecting the Spa right for you.

My wife and I purchased a ‘HotSpring’ brand spa from Brisbane Spas, but we also bought peace of mind. As we live on the NSW far north coast, delivery and installation were very important factors.

What we found by shopping around were cheaper products and salespeople who inspired little confidence in either their product or delivery / installation or support.

Of course only time will tell if we did in fact buy peace of mind, however Matt and Lindsay who did the installation, clearly knew what they were doing, explained what I needed to know and invited me (more than once) to call with questions.

My experience with Brisbane Spas has been excellent and left us confident we have chosen wisely. I would recommend Annie and the guys to anyone looking for a quality spa.

Great service from the team. We’ve had our swim spa nearly 9 months now and it’s the best thing we’ve done for our house. The team are always happy to offer help with water care and maintenance. The swim spa itself has been faultless. A great family run business!

Honest, transparent, down to earth company that really do go out of their way to give a great customer experience. Things don't go to plan in life but it is how a company handles these in the best interest of their customers, makes all the difference. Matt and Annie were amazing. Having worked in the customer service industry for over 50 years, I know when they try and go above and beyond and this business did just that. We've had our swim spa for a few months now and absolutely love it! The pre and post sales assistance made the process smooth. The maintenance is simple and quick. We enjoy floating around in it almost everyday! Such a good investment in our back yard!

Buyer Beware – Frustrating Lack of Communication and Customer Service

I have never left a negative review for a businesses, especially a small family-run business, but my experience has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it—both as a warning to potential buyers and in the hope it might help resolve some of my ongoing issues.

We made a significant investment in an E700 Fastlane swim-spa, expecting a professional level of customer service to match the product. Unfortunately, our experience has been anything but.

The swim-spa was delivered on 29 April 2024, and nearly seven months later, several issues remain unresolved despite over 30 attempts to contact Annie and Matt via phone, email, and SMS.

Here’s a timeline of the problems we’ve faced:
5 weeks post-delivery: The treadmill was finally repaired, but it caused a hydraulic oil leak. (We were unable to use the treadmill at all before this.)
Additional 4 weeks: The hydraulic oil leak was eventually fixed.
11 weeks post-delivery: Working controllers for the treadmill and swim-spa were provided.
15 weeks post-delivery: The correct bi-fold cover was installed, allowing us to finally keep the pool heated and free from debris.
29 weeks post-delivery (and counting): The control panel, which doesn’t work at all, has yet to be replaced. Additionally, the external corners damaged during delivery remain unrepaired.

The lack of communication, delays, and excuses have made this an incredibly frustrating experience. While I understand small businesses can face challenges, the consistent failure to follow through on promises has been unacceptable.

Proceed with caution if you’re considering purchasing from this business.

10/10 excellent service, knowledge and very friendly staff.
I purchased a spa and shadow spec umbrella 🏖️ .

Only a small mechanical issue on the original umbrella delivery but this was resolved very easily and everyone from Annie with the admin through to the boys who delivered and set up both items were excellent 👍👍

I would highly recommend them for anything spa or shade related, they had a great range, and fantastic support network.

My next spa will absolutely be from here as well.
