Clean, neat and tidy apartments. All the facilities were nice and well maintained. Making the use of them very comfortable. Location is excellent. Short distance to all the amenities. We stayed on New Year's Eve and New Year's day and we were able to watch the fireworks from the rooftop.

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent—close to a supermarket and within walking distance of Southbank and public transport. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking meals. There were plenty of pillows and toiletries provided, making the stay even more comfortable. The room could benefit from additional shelves. While the wardrobe is spacious, it lacks shelving for organizing clothes. It would also be helpful to have more coat hangers available. Additionally, providing a small set of kitchen knives would be a great addition for guests who cook, making meal preparation more convenient.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and plan to use this service again. These suggestions are minor and affordable improvements, such as adding a small shelving unit inside the wardrobe, a few extra hangers, and a basic set of 2–3 kitchen knives.

Reception staff were really lovely. The apartment was impressive, very new and clean with quality appliances. Quality shampoo and conditioner /toiletries also.

The team at the front desk were amazing and truly the only highlight of my stay—they were helpful and accommodating throughout.Unfortunately, both rooms I was placed in had significant mould issues. The first room had visible mould throughout the unit, and while the second room was slightly better, it still smelled strongly of mould and had noticeable mould spots.As this is not a budget hotel, I expected better care and maintenance to ensure the rooms were up to standard. The mould not only made my stay uncomfortable, as I was continually breathing it in, but it also made me hesitant to use the kitchen facilities, with items like the cutting board visibly affected by mould.Overall, I feel like I wasted my money as the mould issues made the stay far from worth the price I paid. It’s disappointing as the front desk staff did their best, but the condition of the rooms fell far short of expectations.

The Studio apartment room was horrible - so small it could only fit 1x bedside & no desk or table. A kitchenette - yes - but no point if you have to huddle on the bed to eat every meal, or work. The bathroom was a poor layout, doors opening onto each other and shower screen scraped on tile floor.

Then the amenity of pool & BBQ area - pool was nice but couldn't use the BBQ area because you couldn't use crockery/ glass there and the kitchenette didn't have picnic dinnerware. So they didn't supply the equipment required in order to use the amenity they advertise as part of the stay!

Coffee, tea, milk etc & shampoo/conditioner/ soap is not topped up daily and only 1 days worth supplied. Otherwise - YOU go to reception to get it, they don't provide service to the guest. Also not cleaned daily. Hallways smelled like dog pee too.

Then the owner occupier who was rude to guests in the pool area, borderline abusive and for no reason.

Do not recommend at all.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Brisbane One Apartments by CLLIX! The apartment was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals, and the laundry facilities were a great bonus for a family traveling with a child. The views from our apartment were stunning, overlooking the city and river, which added to the experience.

The location is perfect – close to South Bank, with its parks, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city without needing a car. The pool area was a hit with our child, and we loved the relaxation space after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were welcoming and always happy to assist with any requests.

Overall, Brisbane One Apartments offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities for families. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to the river, restaurants and cafes. Rooms didn't really look like the pictures and furniture was a little dated. Beds were super comfortable. Great car park but you do need to pay extra.
