Very disappointed in communication and cancellation policy.
I had called to inquire, and after some hesitation on my behalf (as I wasn’t just booking myself) and persuasion from Ali, I made my booking. There was no discussion on T&C. But happily took my money.
I had given over 2 weeks notice of cancellation with no discussion I was just sent a voucher that I can never use as I am never in the area.

I had the absolute pleasure of having a massage from Ali at Ripple Massage and it was amazing. Ali was very accommodating (I have a couple of health issues) and worked with me to make sure I experienced the best treatment possible. It was exactly what I needed and I will most definitely be booking again!

Extremely rude receptionist named Ash (if I got the name right). I called to book in massages for the residents as a service and was giving her a background on the property prior. She hung up saying no thanks think I was selling her something when all I wanted to book in massages for an entire residential building. Shame on how they have missed this opportunity to get more business because of an extremely rude receptionist.

I know covid was tough for businesses but this company went about things completely wrong. I had a gift voucher I recieved for baby shower in February just before covid. I when I went to use it they told me that they were not going to do any massages in the near future so I would have to cash it in for product. I said I was happy to wait if they could extend my voucher date. They said that was impossible and then sent products to the person who ordered my voucher even though I asked them not to.

I have used ripple many times at hotels down the Gold Coast without issue. Today I called to organise a massage for my Mother and told them she had dual knee replacement surgery and needed someone with experience in that area. I was told yes we have someone who treats such people. The therapist shows up and has no idea about Mum's condition and zero experience. I call ripple and they offer my money back but zero explanation for their deceptive business practices. Don't reward people who will lie for money. Look elsewhere

Really dissapointed with the way this business handled their gift cards throughout covid. Really upset my wife just after she had her baby when they wouldn't give her an extension to use her gift card until they reopened after covid. When the hard times year yes we learn alot about people.
