I loved it. I can’t believe I watched these players so close. I was little bit disappointed with schedule. You cannot find schedule until late so I ended up buying 2 days and night tickets. But overall experience was good. Plenty of food options and amenities. Drinking water wasn’t good but we could buy them any time.

We went twice during Brisbane International. We had outside tickets one day and also went to the finals in the Pat Rafter Arena. We had a great time. There was shade over a couple of the outside courts, and there was room to sit in the shade.
The food truck selection was great. The cafe had a few cheaper options.
The Pat Rafter Areana, we were there from 4.30pm and it was cool. We sat on the east side to avoid the sun. The sun actually was not on anyone for too long, probably 5-10mins, and then it moved as it set.

we had a great day at the tennis yesterday. It was so good to walk around and watch a few stars in their warm ups. We chose to have seats in the arena, which were fantastic. Great to see more food and coffee trucks - made a huge difference. A really great day out - thank-you...

Brought tickets for first day session, quality of matches were low. Food was not good, we asked where we could sit down and eat we were sent to the Cafe, they had no sandwiches, no wraps and no sushi at 12.30, so we went to the Tennis club, no where to sit in peace kids running around everywhere, food selection was poor. The person I was with had a a walker and it was very hard to get around. We both love tennis, but you need more areas to sit and eat especially for older patrons, and light food options not all fried.
