Air conditioned (a necessity on a warm Brisbane day) with beautiful windows and natural light.
Loved the different halls/sections that opened onto each other that make the space feel airy and welcoming compared to many convention centres. It created good spaces to take a break from the main events.

Recharge stations with powerpoints all along the side hall as well as drink stations to fill water bottles. Comfortable and ample seating and bins (and recycling) along this section. A few vending machines with snacks and charging devices.

Plenty of toilets in each section.
Men’s toilets were very clean and didn’t smell, and had bag hooks on the backs of the doors. Would be good to have sanitary bins in each for people who need them.

Well signposted and easy access from train station.
Parking underneath, with a pick up/taxi spot too.

I attended a graduation ceremony of my son in very big convention center. There are 3 or maybe 4 big convention and exhibition centre with lots of parking space . I really liked the place

Great venue, good viewing from the elevated seating. We were seated section 12 row J as shown in the video. Would have given more stars but when it takes 40 minutes to get out of the car park, nah. Some traffic controlling to get cars flowing would be good. We had to pay $35 as we came in at 5.35 but if after 6pm it's $20.

The convention centre is a great venue if you are looking for somewhere that is suitable for for people with disabilities or people with prams. Lots of parking and so many different size spaces. Clean toilets and great facilities.

Pricey parking. Nice, spacious venue though and air conditioned in the summer. Facilities are quite clean. I regularly come here for bookfest.
