This lovely motel ticked all the boxes for me. Location was excellent. Close to shops, transport and lake view was really imaging , I was met by the friendly staff who communicated well. Bed was huge and comfortable and the room was clean. Bathroom was excellent with a great shower. the cost was competitive considering the location and the private room. Will look at staying here again.

The room was dirty..
I opened the bathroom cupboard and the previous guest's dirty socks and underwear were left there.
I went to reception and told them to come and take it out....they said it was my fault because I wanted to get into the room early....
I got to the motel and the room wasn't ready so I asked if I could just put my suitcase in and come back
Which I did hours later...not my fault they don't clean and check for guests things left behind
Would never stay here again or recommend...

Very nice motel . Ideal location with only 100m from the lake . The rooms were so nice and bed comfortable. The staffs were so friendly and welcoming and the service was brilliant we will definitely be back.

The location was great. Our room had a lovely lake view. Right across from a park and close to club for lunch or dinner and other shops a bit further down for coffee etc.
the facilities were a bit run down. I wiped everything down first including handles and remotes and desks were dusty. I brought my own sheets and slept on top of the bed using my own pillows but the bed seemed comfy. I wore thongs in shower and washed anything before use. The rooms need more plates and cutlery. There was a broken crack pipe under the couch but all in all I would stay again for a short stay hopefully in the same room I stayed in as I feel it’s one of the best onsite. It’s good value for money especially being school holidays it was very affordable.

It is a very basic motel. It doesn't have any extras and is simply somewhere to lay your weary head for the night.
The managers are polite but stand offish, and they view you with what feels like suspicion. They will say hello to you after you have said it first, but they certainly don't strive to win any awards for welcoming you upon your arrival with warm or heartfelt salutations, nor will they win any awards for their enthusiasm in anything to do with managing the Motel.
From the rooms, to the gardens, to the pool, to the bodgey air con, and fridges that are barely even cool.
This is just a very, very basic place, with no frills and with the owners/ managers' attitudes to match.
