Our host Christine was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. She was very informative about how to find the place, where to park and was easy to contact when arranging the booking. Next time I decide to stay overnight in Newcastle, I will definitely come back here.

I had a wonderful three days at Brezza Bella Bed and Breakfast. Christine and Bob are lovely people - so hospitable. Christine has created a haven of quality and comfort and does not “cheap out” on anything. I was so impressed with everything. It made my few days just what I needed. Highly Recommended. I so loved the room that I found I couldn’t wait to return each afternoon. Breakfast was simply delightful.

Our recent stay at Breeza Bella was wonderful. Christine and Bob were so friendly and their hospitality was far beyond expectation; nothing was a bother. The Tuscan Suite on the lower level opened to an amazing garden outlook and the spacious interior was beautifully appointed throughout. Complimentary refreshments were provided on arrival and Christine's continental breakfast the following morning was a fabulous start to the day. Consisting of fruit juice, selection of cereals, beautiful freshly cut fruits, quality Greek yoghurt, warm croissants, preserves and pots of hot freshly brewed tea, breakfast certainly topped a wonderful stay. Located a short distance from the beach, shopping and restaurants were also found nearby. We wished we could have stayed longer but hoping for a future return to Breeza Bella. Such great hospitality in a beautiful home and one highly recommended when in Merewether.

We had an over night stay and were made to feel very welcome the room was large and comfortable, the bathroom was well equiped, the decor was delightful. There were yummy biscuits for our coffee and a glass of "bubbles" in the fridge which was a perfect night cap. Breakfast was delicious Bob and Christine are exceptional hosts.

Positive: This place is so beautifully presented. The hosts were kind and helpful. Every amenity was of high quality. We were so comfortable that when we come back to Merewether we will always stay here. The hosts were excellent in communicating with us too. We had an excellent stay.. Negative: There’s nothing you can’t like about this place. It’s the best !!!.

We came from the Sunshine Coast and stayed here.Christine and Bob were the perfect hosts. Breakfast was great, fresh fruit, cereal, and fresh out of the oven croissants.Bob waits in line at the bakers.Rooms very clean and comfy.Will come back again.Also did my washing there.Thank you Christine and Bob.

Location and room were sublime. 5/5. Just need to ensure you're white. Bit annoying that my wife and I were asked 3 times where we were from and how 'lucky' we were to be here as compared to where we were born. Other 1 star issues: sub-standard brekkie - cereal, fruit and a crossiant. Not exactly 'continental', simple eggs on toast would have been awesome; ground floor room is noisy due to poor construction (ask for the upstairs room instead); love the north facing frontage but with no block out blinds it's bright at 6am (don't mention this to the host as they expect you to be up and about by this time); musty/damp smell but you get used to it (not over-powering).

Bob & Christine have thought of everything - from the beautiful lay out of the room, to the well equipt Bathroom and amazing breakfast prepared fresh in the morning. It was a lovely relaxed friendly experience. Thankyou for having us, we will be back
