Best Wellness Studio I have ever visited! The interior is earthy, relaxing, calm and a peaceful place to be. They have two Flotation Tanks, an Infrared Sauna, Cryo and Massage Services. I have also attended their Yoga and Pilates Studios and would highly recommend their Power Yoga and Pilates Power - the class is heated so bring some water! But you will feel so satisfied during the workout and after. If you are looking to start your healthy journey or find a sustainable habit to look after your wellness - pick this place.

Booked in for a Sauna and a float in the Magnesium pool. Was greeted by a friendly member of staff, She directed us to the Sauna and explained the process and the best way to get the most out of it. Afterward we headed to the Float tank. To explain how this feels is basically, "Floating in Space" in 46 years of walking this planet. I have never been weightless...I'm no Astronaut, so I ain't going to the moon any time soon. And there is nothing that compares to being weightless....you basically relax every muscle in your body, your head is provided with a halo to keep it afloat, and half an hour in, you are at peace with the world.....I felt amazing when I left, but felt even better in the days after. Skin was soft, but more importantly just an inner feeling of well-being and relaxation. Totally recommend this treatment, there is only one thing that I will do next time...and that is a massage in between the Sauna and Float tank....OMG...then, I believe I may be in my ultimate relaxation state. Perfect. 100% recommended, great to have one in Mackay...did i mention the herbal tea after ward!! Oh my!

I’m 66years old have arthritis in my knees and have been getting restless legs at night I have tried everything to help relieve my pain .started going to Breath Wellness Collective for about 3 week using there Tec recovery boot and Infrared sauna once a week.After the second week no more restless legs and the pain in my knee has improved 💯I have also noticed my recovery after my powerlifting session at PWS has improved .so much .looking forward to using there.whole body cryotherapy
. I would highly recommend Breath Wellness Collective .Amazing place with amazing owners ❤️

After feeling run down for a while, I stumbled across Breathe and I am extremely fortunate that I did. The staff were all amazing, attentive and took the time to explain the treatment and ensured that I was being looked after.

I did a 90 minute float and to say that it was pure bliss would be an understatement. I left Breathe on a cloud. The internal calm was incredible and every worry seemed to have melted away.

This place is an oasis and a true gem. If you are looking to treat yourself or to find a little internal peace, look no further!!

Can not recommend highly enough!
