Bowen therapy with Stewart at Breath Easy Bowen & Massage has helped immensely in relieving my back and leg pain, which was due to a previous back injury. Prior to treatment I was having difficulty with walking, and suffering quite a lot of pain in my back, hips and legs. After Bowen therapy with Stewart I am walking so much more easily and my pain has diminished considerably. After only 2 treatments, I am now able to resume all my normal activities with ease. I went to Stuart at Breathe easy Bowen Therapy. I’d tried everything to get rid of the pain in my lower back. On my 1st visit I was amazed at finding out from him it wasn’t my back but my hip. I had 2 treatments and I have I been pain free since.

Stewart is an incredible therapist who has a deep knowledge of a variety of treatment methods combined with a gentle and caring touch.
