It was such a welcoming stay. Was welcomed with complimentary cookies, water, and drinks. What a wonderful way to start our stay. The room was stunning, spacious, and relaxing. The view was truly wonderful and definitely felt like we were on a vacation. Wish we could've stayed longer. Great undercover parking as well. So close to the cruise experiences (walking distance) and small drive to other shops. While there's no restaurant on site, there are other great choices close by

Ensure you get an apartment with views of the marina or the bay, otherwise very mediocre experience. Rooms were ok, except for the weird glass round shower which opens onto the living area and outdoor area accessible to anyone. All fine perhaps in apartments on levels 1 and 2, but not ground floor. Ground floor had no view of bay, may as well have been staying 5 streets back in suburbia.

Stayed for 6 days in early January, location is awesome our room was 45 mins late which was annoying as we had been in car for 4 hrs but we were given a drink voucher for Mantra next door.
Room was great except the shower glass has a lot of black mold which is rather off putting as the shower/spa is in center of the room. Stairs also not great but loved everything else

Stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bed ground floor.||Check in was smooth and having ground floor meant we could park in garage and easily unload into the apartment. Garage was small buy we fitted our sedan corolla in.||Our apartment was needing a bit of redecorating and the floors were sticky as if not cleaned properly. We had other friends staying there and their apartments were nicer.||It was spacious with air con and fans and basic kitchen supplies including starter pack of tea, washing up detergent and laundry detergent.||Pool areas were clean and well maintained.||Location was good with cafes and restaurants to walk to as well as short drive to shops and the great water splash park for kids.

Lots of narrow stairs to climb to get to the 3rd floor. Very difficult with suitcases and verrrry hot. Car hardly fits in the garage, can’t get luggage out of the back seat and the rear door hits the roof. One air conditioner for a 3 bedroom apartment, and NO wifi at the resort at all! Poor mobile reception, no wifi and 2 grand children = problems. |If you are not young and fit forget an upper level apartment. |You need a key to get into the resort, the building, and your room. No swipe card convenience. |The apartment was nice but the carrying of luggage for everyone in 35 degree heat with 80% humidity is horrible. Can’t load the car as there is nowhere to park with room to open the doors! There are so many more options that are superior.

The apartment was beautifully situated and the bedroom, lounge and balcony well furnished and comfy.
The bathroom, toilet and kitchen needs some updating.
The lack of a lift was challenging with luggage.

We stayed in apartment 10 which was beautifully decorated and had a great view over the marina. It was peaceful and only a short walk away from restaurants, cafes and bookings to Fraser Island. The number of steps were a slight drawback, but we needed the exercise. It would have been nice to have aircon in the bedrooms as well as the lounge as we were there during a particularly hot and humid period. However, the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom made up for it. The outdoor areas were spacious and clean.

The location and view are fabulous. Shame that the rooms don’t match as the furnishings are very dated with a very small fridge. Expectations for a resort are well above this place although and it does have limited cooking facilities with not much cutlery or glassware etc. and no dishwasher. it’s a real let down as it is a great place and the owners need to be told to update things.
