Unfortunately I can never book here again as I sometimes have work commitments that arise on the day. If you call and cancel early in the morning for an appointment due in the afternoon they charge you 30% of you original booking value. That is understandable if you leave it to the last minute but this is not the case in this instance. As this is standard policy for this business I am now unable to use their services as I don't always know when I'll have to work late. I'm sure I'm not the only person who will have these dramas so please be aware you will be charged if you have to make a change to your booking. She asked if I wanted to rebook and obviously with this kind of policy I am simply unable to book with this business ever again.
Disappointing as the staff themselves are very nice and provide good service.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else all the beauty treatments I get are always a 10/10 I love the way my spray tans look, the way my eyebrows and eyelashes look and the waxing I get is amazing. I usually see either Kelsey or Imogen and I couldn’t recommend them both more. They’re always so precise and make sure everything is done perfectly. So incredibly happy and I’ve been going here for years and years now.

Charged a cancellation fee, after randomly changing my booking to 20 minutes before my original booking without notification. The fee was not only exorbitant to the cost of the service, but unlawful as with an offer to rebook for the time I arrived, they were unwilling to waive the cancellation fee. Clearly they lost no income and this was just a pure cash grab at the expense of customers.

I didn't get the eyelash extensions I asked for, and I felt discriminated against by the receptionist upon arrival. Overall, it was a bad experience with disappointing customer service, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
