I rarely write Google reviews, but this café truly deserves recognition. As someone who studies and works in the city for years, I’ve found it to be the best spot for a daily dose of quality coffee. I loved this coffee because I don’t mind the earthy flavour of double cracked beans. Wifey, not her thing. The barista was good for a chat and very friendly. If you don’t mind earthy coffee you’ll like this a lot

A great vibe with super friendly service. I had an iced latte which was so good & a lemon tart which was very tasty. My friend had a latte & a cherry ripe slice which she enjoyed very much. We'll be back while we're staying in Hobart to support this little gem.

In the days of fancy rolls/wraps/sangas BE offers a very nice 'normal' salad roll and does it very well. 3 types of rolls are on offer and the ingredients seem to hit the spot without being over the top. Service is on the quirky side but friendly. Biscuits are amazing and coffee is outstanding.

One of the best(and strong :)) Tassie coffee in Hobart city we tasted. Antony, the owner, serves u. He is friendly and provides a quick and fantastic service to make us some nice hot quiche and croissants.
We’ll be back tomorrow for sure.
