I have been a client of Lisa, the owner of Boonah Natural Health, for the past 18 months and the treatment has been lifechanging in ways I could never imagine. In a society all about pharmaceuticals with negative side effects, Lisa’s herbs have treated me more effectively than anything else and I couldn’t be prouder to be pharmaceutical free. Lisa is extremely compassionate, empathetic, understanding and educated. She has studied as a scientist, and has significantly helped with my chronic complex ptsd, major depression, anxiety, insomnia, just to name a few. I wasn’t eating when I first met Lisa, but I now routinely cook up big healthy meals, and can say I have a pretty functional life unlike before. I never thought I’d reach a mindset where I choose to do yoga, meditation, read books and exercise, however these herbs have done wonders in allowing me to achieve things I never thought possible.
