Have been playing here for 15 years and the new management know how to ruin a pristine course feels like I am playing at a beach while being in the hinterland. Photos attached show the hole 5 green and other tee boxes and holes with most other greens being the same. Course is now a goat track. Seems like they only care about maintaining the bike track. Utterly dumbfounded how they are able to charge $90 for two people with a cart with the course in the state it is in. Will not be wasting my money returning to this course. Very disappointing.

From what was an amazing casual, reasonably priced 9 hole golf course golf course has now been ruined with the prices of everything almost doubling in the last month under new ownership. Today we were charged $90 each for 18 holes with buggy (formerly $60 or so) and $48 for a 6 pack of beer (formerly $28). All the while there were consistently groups of 5-7 golfers allowed on the course, no etiquette, dress code, or marshalling, just an overcrowded, slow golf course. We would normally get out there once a month, but with the price gouging that is now occurring we won’t be going back. Devastating as it was such a nice place to go, the new owners obviously know nothing about golf or golfers as it’s now way overpriced relative to the local market where you would pay max $90 for a high quality 18 hole golf course with a limit of 4 per group and get discounts for a 6 pack of beer. Such a shame.

Great day moutain biking. Hired 2 bikes for younger and older teen, frequent shuttles. Light rain slippery but fun trails. It's a wedding venue too, and golf course with some fun old farmhouse buildings and a wild tree house.

An amazing picturesque golf course, set amongst rainforest and Australian bush full of native animals. The condition of the fairways and greens are immaculate. The walk alone through the course is stunning.

I'm not sure how to write this review. Normally when I go to events I'm left to nibble on a lettuce leaf.

Well Boomerang Farm is not one of those places. So much high quality food.

Such a shame this course has changed so much in the last 6 months. The greens are in a terrible state and have been for months. The grass is so long that when it’s occasionally mowed they leave behind big piles of grass on the fairways which results in a lot of lost balls. Something you would expect in the rough. The new cafe is trying to be something you would find in Broadbeach “Asian infusion “ the cafe charm and comfort food was what made it a country course. Can’t even get peanuts or a snack bar to take out on the course let alone a slice, wrap or hot chips afterwards

What a joke. Playing on greens that are like beaches with weeds. Paying $90 for 2 players with a cart for 9 holes & having to pre pay which no other course on the Gold Coast do. The new owners have ruined a great little course, been playing here for but now won't be going back.
Not happy

Let me preface by putting my hand up and stating I am truly appalling at golf so that said I find my visits Boomerang Farm equal parts frustrating and exhilarating. It's a beautiful course in a wonderful setting. Only lost 8 balls in 9 holes last time out so am improving at least 😳🙂
The cafe is also really nice. Amazing cakes, home-made daily and really nice coffee
