Absolutely loved this cafe! My friend and I sat at a table that was tucked away, across from the book corner and it was such a nice vibe there. It was cool to see a couple of people come & go, exchanging books. The food was delicious! Good coffee too. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be going here again.

Went out today to get some stuff for Valentine's Day and came here after, as I hadn't had breakfast yet. I had the Apple pie with ice cream and a latte, all for 12.90 (a bargain in this economy). Both the Apple pie and the coffee were delicious and just what I needed. Also in store was a selection of books to read, although I suspect the only way I'd be able to make a dent in them is if I was here for hours at a time, which honestly doesn't sound too bad.

Lovely little cafe inside a shopping centre. They have lovely friendly staff with a great selection of breakfast meals, gourmet sandwiches and hot jacket potatoes. The coffee was very good with very generous size cups. They had a lovely area where you can sit and quietly read a book as you drink your coffee with a fantastic collection of adult and children's books.

We go to Book and Bean for a coffee and it is an opportunity to also read the paper which they have available for their customers.
Staff are friendly and they have delicious carrot cake.
It is situated within a fairly busy shopping centre and we often find the noise level too much for us. Otherwise it is great.

My friend & I visited today and we absolutely loved the young guy who served us.. he was very young but so polite and had a lovely smile! The food was also great - I had the Hawaiian spud and my friend had the chicken avo sandwich. We’re both book nerds so this was definitely the place for us ☺️
