Booked an appointment on the telephone because a kind friend gave me a voucher for my birthday - don’t get many days off and I booked it for Easter Monday. However when I arrived I was told that because it was a public holiday they would have to charge me extra! There were no other customers there and 3 masseuses doing nothing at all. I asked them why I hadn’t been told on the phone that there was a surcharge - they didn’t know or care. Sorry but I won’t be recommending this place to anyone - wasted a lot of my precious day off travelling here and tbh I’m more stressed than ever - thanks but no thanks
PS thank you for your response to my review - as the recipient of a voucher I didn’t look at the website - I just booked and looked forward to a nice massage. Luckily there are other places where I can get one

My partner and I have been coming here for years! Best massages in Sydney! We love foot reflexology treatment and sea salt foot scrub! Can’t reccomend more highly!

Used to be a loyal customer but has been going downhill now for a couple of years and since covid its really fallen off a cliff. Floors are never cleaned and you can feel the sticky oil on your feet. Towels are old and hard and feel like they are cleaned once per day. Recently they've added male masseurs too and one guy was clearly touching certain areas way more than others it was disgusting. I won't be going back, and for the prices they charge you can actually go to much higher quality places.

I’ve been to many massage places in Bondi area, but Bondi Thai massage & Spa is definitely my No.1!! Trust me!! Best massage ever!! This luxury massage shop offers tranquil and comfortable surroundings perfect for both relaxing vacations and business trips!!Nice staffs n excellent services!! Btw, Their Thai tea are a must-try !! Strongly recommend !! 11/10 Stars?

My partner’s feedback is that it’s the worst massage he’s ever had. He isn’t usually hard to please but he left not feeling any relaxed at all and felt like he just wasted his 1 hour.

Mine was good. So I guess, they don’t have a consistent service and definitely won’t recommend if this is the case.
