What a dream to be able to swim in this pool. As a swimmer myself, I’ve always seen pictures of this pool and talk to her people talk about a house. It’s one of the most famous pools in the whole world. Me and my family got to swim in this pool and it was absolutely great. We actually got to get a quick workout in as well upstairs got to use the sauna got some food there as well and then got to swim and it was the coolest thing because the waves are hittingwhile you’re swimming so it’s an unreal experience. Definitely check this place out if you have a chance it’s really worth it.

Beautifully located seaside pool. The back drop of the Pacific Ocean cannot be beat. Reasonably priced entrance fee to get in, could be a nice alternative to the busy public beach beside it.

Lovely venue - absolutely iconic. There for a function. Staff were lovely and so helpful and the food and beverage offerings were amazing. Parking is sketchy around here... Get a bus or an Uber - much better.

Fantastic views, iconic pool, had a great day. Change rooms are nice, maybe a little small for the amount of people.

Good food at the cafe and people don't stay long so got a table fairly quickly.

What could be better:
I think the black floored area could be changed as it's impossible to sit on- way to hot!

On a bright but windy spring arvo, I decided to check out the famous Bondi Iceberg Pool in Sydney. The weather was cracking, but geez, the wind was strong and the waves were absolutely massive. This spot’s a favourite for both locals and tourists – whether you're into swimming, snapping a few pics, or just soaking up the views, it’s a must-see.

When I arrived at the pool, I was hit by the howling sea breeze, and the waves were smashing against the pool’s edge like nature was putting on a show. I thought to myself, "Crikey, the swimmers here are tough as nails!" The water’s freezing, and on top of that, they’ve got to deal with those huge waves rolling in from the ocean. Absolute legends.

Standing by the pool, I was struck by the contrast – on one side, you’ve got the calm, clear water of the pool, and on the other, the roaring ocean. It was breathtaking. After snapping a few shots, I decided to grab a cuppa from the nearby café, sitting back to soak in the epic views.

All in all, my visit to the Bondi Iceberg Pool was a ripper, even with the strong wind and wild waves. In fact, that’s part of what makes this place so special. No matter the weather, there’s a raw energy to this spot that’s hard to beat. It’s definitely on my list for the next time I’m in Sydney.

One of the best experiences of my life.

But it does involve braving the unheated water for that first minute of adjusting, public showers and towels, and nowhere on-site to purchase sunscreen if you run out. Yet that all made me almost like it more. Feels like a local spot just as much (if not more) than a tourist destination.

Great view, tho water a bit too dirty in my opinion. Also love how there’s a little staircase for you to delve into the ocean (quite risky tho so prob advice against it)
