Great B&B! Location was great and I slept soooooo well while we stayed there. It really was quiet despite being walking distance from the beach. If you will have a car, be sure to coordinate parking in advance. That was the only hiccup we experienced. The beds were comfy, bathroom was nice, breakfast was great. The walls were a bit thin as expected in an older house but the other guests were considerate and quiet so no issues. The gardens are really beautiful so take advantage of them while you are there.

Loved staying at the Bondi Beach House with my son. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived with a sweet welcome message left at the door. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast supplies made the stay super convenient. The beds were cozy and the room tastefully decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

So wonderful to return to the Bondi Beach House and find it newly renovated and just so stylish. Our room was extremely comfortable and the new bathroom was perfect with fluffy towels and lovely handwash. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was a pleasure to sit outside at a large table and read in a relaxing garden courtyard. And the beach was just a short walk away as well as a great Italian restaurant.

I absolutely loved staying here! It has such a home-like feel. It is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Every detail is very well thought out and very well maintained. The location is great as well!

Great place to stay, the staff were amazing and they cater to your every need. The location is great and allowed me to wake up and hit the surf.

Beautifully designed rooms with a lovely tropical outdoor garden for breakfast. Located just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and walking distance to everything in bondi. Vibes were 10/10

Booked this place for a birthday trip last year. The room had no windows or air con despite being advertised with both, and was very small and hot. It is down a small alley with no natural light. I phoned the owner immediately as we had booked for 2 nights. I’ve never stayed anywhere in this price bracket so terrible. There wasn’t even enough room to put down a suitcase. The owner said we were welcome to look for something else…. But then gave us an exceptionally hard time giving a refund and was extremely verbally abusive. Avoid.

Location is fantastic, walkable to everything but also quiet. We were able to store our luggage there prior to check in, which was convenient. However, the room had sticky floors, a stained duvet, no natural light, and no AC. For the price, I would’ve expected better quality.
