The staff especially Sam she was amazing and helped me a lot, are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer assistance or guidance when needed. The trainers are professional and motivating, helping me achieve my fitness goals with personalized workout plans and encouragement.
One of the standout features of this gym is the community atmosphere. The positive and supportive environment makes working out enjoyable and something I look forward to every day.

Tonight myself and daughter went in for the first time and right away felt welcomed and greeted with a smile ? The guy at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. The Gym itself is lovely, very clean and well maintained and the facilities they have to offer is amazing.

Just moved to this gym from anytime fitness and the first thing i noticed was the black walls and yellow lights that give the gym a aesthetic vibe. Everyone is welcoming and the staff are great. Definitely my new home gym from now on ?

This gym is amazing. ive been here so many times and have always met so many people, been around the best staff, and had the most delicious protein shakes. one staff member that stood out to me so much was Samantha, she welcomed me with the biggest and most beautiful smile. She made that day of mine so much better. the equipment is amazing i love it, i dont think ill ever swap gyms.

Management!!!!! Made complaints there is some chemical being used that has given me health issues (sore throat). A perpetual sore throat from training here is no joke. What ia being sprayed in the air or used to clean?
I have complained, asked and expressed there is an issue. As well as broken machines. It's not being fixed. I'm cancelling my membership for health reasons related this this problem. Staff are great but this is just not being addressed. Wtf?
