My partner and I both got a neck & shoulders massage here during the week. It was amazing, the two staff members (one man & one lady) both did equally great jobs for her and I, we definitely want to return. One of the best massages we’ve both had. Thanks guys! 🙂

Konita is the real deal. I’ve used her at least 20 times the last year. She helps me with a pinched nerve recovery that took months as well as just everyday massages. I don’t use anyone else and I’ve tried several others. Ask for her.

Terrible massage, Inconsistent pressure even after asking masseuse to adjust, massage was all over the place no flow or sequence. left side got more attention than the right side for no reason, different techniques were used which felt more like applying sunscreen as opposed to a “deep tissue” massage and at times she was just prodding with her finger which did absolutely nothing. Paid for whole body 1hr massage, masseuse forgot what she had done (neck, back, legs) and how long the massage was for. She went to get hot towels, proceeded to wipe oil off “areas massaged” including shoulders, arms and hands which she never touched. Once she realised this, she put the dry towel back over and continued the rest of the massage about 20min with no oil which was uncomfortable, hot and not relaxing at all. She applied no pressure to larger muscles then put in more effort around the neck/ear and behind the knee areas. She then went over the areas she already completed which felt like she was trying to fill in time. I have had good massages from only one staff member here who i think has now left. Based on this experience, i won’t be returning any time soon.

This was my 2nd remedial massage here and it was terrible and not what I paid for. The lady started out ON the bench over my legs which has never happened before. She then asked what was sore and I said just my back, NOT my neck amd shoulders though as I had seen someone there 2 days before. She did 80% of the appointment only on my shoulders and neck and it was aggressive and rushed! Then she asks me to turn over and again she is up on the bench for the last 10 mins stretching my legs over her shoulders! Shifting to sitting behind me and stretching my arms and back, exposing my top half which was naked!! Uve never had a remedial masaage where someone is on the bed with you, exposing your top private area. I was so confused and shocked I left feeling quite embarrassed.

Horrible. Booked for a half hour session and only got 20 mins. Told the lady that I have fibromyalgia and she just said that she is gentle to find out that she absolutely wasn’t. Was seeking some relief from the constant chronic pain I’ve been having so asked her to focus on a certain area on my back and I think she only touched it once! Kept touching my bum and SLAPPING it which was uncalled for and extremely uncomfortable. Asked her to refrain and didn’t answer me just left the room for 5 minutes. I had a claw clip in my hair and when she went to massage my scalp she kept pressing the clip into my head really hard. I don’t think she even touched my scalp it was all the pain from the claw clip digging in. There has been videos of girls going to hospital to have them removed from the back of their head and even a few instances where they have died from claw clips digging into their scalps. Overall was in a lot of pain leaving, slightly scarred too. Was seeking relief from my chronic pain I’ve been suffering from and this place was no help

Worst 1 hr full body massage ever. No professionalism at all. Showed where the pain was. Proceeded to massage everywhere else but those parts. No pressure. Was all made up movements.

What a wonderful massage.. Her name is Jessie.. One of the best. If not the best massage I've ever had.. The room was warm and inviting.. The shop was very clean.. I walked out of there feeling a million dollars and all thanks to jessie. . Jesse you do a wonderful job.. So polite.. So through.. Keep up the great work.. See you soon.....ps.. I've been back numerous times always book jessie.. She never disappoints..if you have a sore back or neck or just out of wack.. I highly recommend jessie. Excellent at what she does..
