Probably the worst massage I have had in a long time . Explained the problem I had and that I had pain in my hip. They spent all the time on my upper back pushing a warm stone around. Would never go back and would not recommend this place

First time getting a massage since moving to Townsville and can’t say anything positive about my visit. I wanted a relaxing experience but there was no music and you could clearly hear that you were in a shopping centre. My first masseuse started to massage me but then walked out on me twice while I was still lying on the table half naked. The workers would constantly be speaking to each other loudly while I was getting my massage. I was ready to walk out by that point. I had a lady come in a take over and she was good but still not very relaxing. She would leave me on the table mid massage and the curtain would be half open. There’s nothing relaxing about the end of a massage when I would get slapped on the head, neck, shoulders and back before saying it was done. I’ve never written a review on anything but I couldn’t stay quiet because this place is terrible. Do not go here. What a waste of money.

I have had consistently good experiences here and will keep coming back. Probably not the place for you if you like a relaxing spa massage, but really great if you like a deep tissue massage with strong pressure. Like most massage places in shopping centres, it is a 'no frill' experience in terms of lacking in decor (no candles, scented rooms etc) which is reflected in the more affordable prices.

Had a pretty unpleasant experience. The towel I was provided with to put over my body was not clean and smelt really bad. I asked to cut the massage short as it was not relaxing- no ambient music and it smelt terrible. When I asked to end the massage the lady hit my back incredibly hard to ‘conclude’ the massage. All round uncomfortable and non relaxing experience and a waste of money. Will not come back to this unsanitary and un- relaxing place.

I really wish I had read the reviews before going here.

RED FLAG #1: No music. You could literally hear kids crying outside, people's conversations as they walked by and the shopping centre radio.

RED FLAG #2: I was not asked where I was hurting, nor how strong I wanted to be massaged.

RED FLAG #3: My masseuse was having a loud conversation as he began his routine.

RED FLAG #4: He used one arm the whole time wasn't putting any effort into it. If you want to imagine what it was like, gently rub your hand over your body and you will experience what I just paid for.

RED FLAG #5: He felt where I had knots and just moved over them.

I honestly felt like my masseuse got their massaging diploma from a cereal packet or watched a YouTube video. This wasn't my first massage and know exactly what I should be paying for. Plus, $95.00 for a 60-min remedial massage is a rip-off.

Worst massage I've ever recieved. The lady was crook as and sniffling the whole time and the massage itself was terrible. I ended up leaving halfway through. I've never left a review on anything before but thought I'd share to prevent people wasting money like I did. Will never return.

Average massage (where the lady just dug her elbows into my back the whole time), which was supposed to include neck. When I asked at the end about covering neck, she got angry with me claiming I had forgotten it had been done and aggressively pushed my head down, pinched it four or five times and told me she was done. Not a great experience at all, won’t be back.

Do not recommend this place at all. Worst massage me and my partner have ever experienced. Mine was on her phone digging her elbows into one spot on my back and not even paying attention. And my partners was talking to therapist next door and not even trying. We both ended up walking out at different times 10mins and 30mins and they both still charged us. Do not go here it is a joke !
