We visited the hot springs and then stayed overnight at the Boathouse Resort in a balcony suite. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was massive which is nice because many places don't have the shower glass set up right and the bath mat gets wet before I get out of the shower. The beds were comfortable and the room can easily fit 4 people. Location is great. Lunch and dinner options for the area are within walking distance.

Booked for its space and its removed-ness from busy areas. The staff were very friendly. The bed was decent, the space was clean, there was a smartv and there were great cafe's within walking distance.

There was an espresso pod machine, a fridge, a microwave and a kitchen sink. No stove. There was bath and hand soap bars, gel, tissues, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They all had strong Lemongrass smells. Not the best choice. We ended up buying body wash. There were no complimentary toothbrushes etc, so dont forget yours.

Make sure that you specify which floor you need to be on for mobilty reasons, as the upper suites are only accessible by stairs. There is only one designated car park per suite.

Staff were amazing, accommodating, helpful and friendly!

Great stay if you are down this way, great price especially if you can get it on a sale its even better !! Spa room is very cosy with all the modern amenities. $200 on sale online or $270 normally i think, Spa is great and the kitchen comes with all the basic appliances and cutlery and plates, it was a anniversary so we received a bottle of sparkling wine also. Great stay will be coming back when we are down this way.

We had two night stay in this lovely place. |We had large ground floor room with king size bed & bunkbed, kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV. Good a/c. Wi fi bit flaky but TV streamed ok. |Kitchen had microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle but it only had stovetop would be good to have oven.|Good size bathroom with excellent shower & nice toiletries. Also private outside space and lovely communal pool. Easy to park nearby. |Great location near shops & restaurants and just across the road is a lovely golden beach and calm sea. Close to Arthurs seat, Point Nepean Park & Sorrento for ferry.|The staff were friendly & gave advise about local attractions. |.

I recently stayed at the Boathouse Resort Studios and Suites and had a wonderful experience. It’s such a comfortable place, very well located right across from Blairgowrie Beach and close to local shops and restaurants. The staff were so kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great amenities like a Nespresso machine and a spa bath in some suites. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway on the Mornington Peninsula.

Overall a pleasant place to stay in, friendly staff, clean room. We stayed in a balcony suite, 2 adults one toddler. Walking distance to beach. Lovely pool area with shading at one end and open air for the rest, it's only solar heated so don't expect water to be warm, no kids pool, depth varies from one end to another. Staff was cleaning pool around 10:15 am, video I took was just before they cleaned. Parking is very tight, with camouflage barriers at night, so if you get an inconsiderate neighbor who parks on the line instead of parking exactly in the middle, well, have fun. We felt the pain even with just a little hatchback so you might want to reconsider if you've got a large vehicle, they do have nature strip parking as alternative though. Property is right next to highway so if you're thinking you'll hear waves cuz it's close to beach, think again, you'll just hear the traffic passing really. There was a big security flaw with our sliding door, I was surprised to find my toddler pushing open a locked door and walking out onto balcony - this was upon first entry so I assume last person to touch the door would've been housekeeping (see video), I note that they were surprised to hear that when we mentioned it at checkout and didn't act like that was all good, so we'll forgive them for that and assume they'll fix it soon. Wifi wasn't really stable 100% of time but no issues swapping onto hotspot from cell data (mainly used it at night to Netflix, but us uploading videos to cloud may have impacted that stability). Bathroom sink was a little clogged but this is common with most properties near beaches, shower was perfect with good water pressure. Kitchenette did not have a stove, but microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer standard sized available. The restaurant right next door (panda) is amazing and was open longer hours compared to other surrounding food options. They have beach towels available on request. Check out 10am, check in 2pm however we noted several families checking in much earlier, so they must be quite flexible with it upon request. So overall I'd say they live up to their 4 star rating, but pricing is still quite expensive - was about $630 for 2 nights (remember it's a studio room), booked about 2 weeks in advance (non public holiday), but we managed to get it half price by using partnership flight points redemption (this of course impacts my review, I'd probably be less forgiving if I paid full price)

Absolutely loved our stay here. Clean rooms, hot shower, there was a dining table and study table, massive space in the room for 2 pax. Great to base here and explore Sorrento, Flinders and Rye, Redhill. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful too! We had free parking that came with the unit. Highly recommend!!

my sister and i had an event in Sorrento on saturday and stayed two nights here. It was such a nice spacious room very comfortable bed and lovely pillow. Bathroom was nice and open and clean. Just a fantastic stay. The parking space was a little tight but after a few goes no problems. Friendly staff and a fantastic Restaraunt next door.
