I asked for normal mani pedi on natural nails. They gave me gel or they charged me for gel and it’s been one day and it’s already chipped. I paid just over $96. Normal was advertised for $85 and gel $95. I have had better mani pedis for cheaper so I don’t know if that’s the pricing norm here since I moved interstate. I didn’t push back because I was hungry and tired since I'm 36 weeks pregnant and wanted to go eat. But for almost $100 😅

The pricing is less when you pay cash (I think $5 less) and they don’t tell you about surcharge either card. I only found the cash discount out from another customer asking to clarify with workers. It’s nice you get free drinks when you ask. The 300mL drinks for soft drinks, hot or cold water and even hot or cold Vietnamese coffee.

The actual service i was mostly happy with. She did however cut my skin on one of my toes. She didn’t notice me flinching but she did acknowledge it and didn’t just try and brush it off like other nail places. She made sure it stopped bleeding and apologised. I did tell her one of my toe nails fell off and it grew out and if it was too much hassle she can skip completely. It grew back but still not as long as I wanted it to . She didn’t skip and was fine.

Sometimes the ladies were talking to each when the customers would try and talk to them. I know it’s typical salon culture to talk to each other in their own language but they were in a way ignoring some of the customers. I do get it was a very busy day when I went.

Update 9 months later: Unfortunately I won’t be coming back here and will NOT be recommending my friends further - I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 9 months now and this set has me gobsmacked at the price. I’ve been charged $85 for this simple French shortest set pictured below super disappointed in the service..

Always a return customer and highly recommend to friends. Ben and his team work quick, meticulously and with great attention to detail - never hesitating to replicate my Pinterest inspo for the day. Always regret when I go elsewhere and when I return Ben is always checking that the poor quality of work previously done was not from his team.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I booked my appointment via Messenger, as there was no price list online, and arrived a bit late. Despite confirming a gel French tip with removal and reshaping, they mistakenly prepared a pedicure station and started my nails incorrectly, thinking it was an infill. My nails were cut much shorter than I wanted, and the French tips were chunky, not at all as I had requested. I was also passed around to multiple technicians, and the vibe from two of them felt off.

I noticed a poster offering free drinks, so I politely asked Ben, my technician, for one. He smiled and said "okay," but never followed through. Overall, it was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning.

10/10 experience all round, I had BIAB and pedicure done and my daughter had a gel manicure. Fast but precise and extremely friendly staff, I would recommend this salon to anyone 😊.

The male owner was incredible, perfected my nails. BUT, the lady who did my pedicure was SO rough and took 3 decent sized chunks out of my toes from her filing. I told her numerous times how painful it was, kept recoiling but she literally did not care. It’s been hours since my appointment and I’m still in pain. She also applied the wrong colour; and by time I had realised it was too late for her to change it. She then proceeded to do another ladies nails and I heard her loudly saying ‘ow’ a few times too. Then I was shocked when I got to check out to find out my nails that was quoted $60, were $100. I will not be returning or recommending to others.
