7.2.25: 11.16am Update: I added in 1 more star as the companies response was prompt. I had the first phone call within 15 min of this review going live. They have agreed to provide 100% refund. Email received confirming this at 9.01am. I still cannot recommend these guys as they ruined 2 days for me, as well as ruined a very thought out gift. I do give due where it is deserved and was impressed with the quick response and action.

Christmas gift received. 6.1.25 booked using online booking system. Time of booking asked to give 3 dates to pick from. 31/1/25 was the one confirmed. Apox 5am on 31.1.25 - appointment cancelled. Then they proceeded to offer up one of the other dates to the therapist some 25 days after the original date was confirmed. When pointed out that this is unethical as those were back up dates to the original appointment. They were all to happy to point out I could change it for a 10% charge! I had to move a dentist appointment to make this date work. The new date 7.2.25. 3 guesses on what happens, early mornings of the 7.2.25 … yup cancelled again !!! I have demanded a full refund including of the voucher. We will wait and see what happens - I will update this review with the outcome. Will never use this service again! If you value your time and your money - stay clear.

No price was given for confirmation appointment until my payment details were entered, I tried to cancel and rebook immediately after entering payment details and seeing the price.
Was charged a $70 cancellation fee, Despite my efforts to try and reschedule the appointment, I have been told that I can’t reschedule and they are refusing to refund the $70, even though the cancellation was immediately after confirming and I am trying to rebook a non peak time/day.
The astronomical cancellation price was not mentioned in any emails or information leading up to making the appointment. Terrible customer experience.

Used Blys several times whole booking process quick and simple, it’s handy to have a the massage. The service is done professionally by lovely people cheers.

I loved how quickly it took for us to organise a massage to our hotel. My only qualm is that not only did we pay on Blys for “travel and parking” but we also had to pay for our massueses to park in our hotel parking lot. Because apparently that’s not entirely covered by what Blys Pays them.

So we paid about $430 for two 75 min massages and an extra $37 per masseuse to park.

Whether they were allowed to do that or not I don’t know. But on holiday it just wasn’t worth the argument and I’d never want a massage therapist to have to cover their own parking if their co. wasn’t accurately compensating them.

So great service but just be aware of potentially hidden costs

This is the 3rd time I have used blys. My treatment today with Kevin was amazing. He is an excellent therapist. The massage was one of the best I have had. I highly recommend using blys to treat yourself at home

Booked a pregnancy massage and the therapist they contracted out was not good at all, they didn’t seem to be qualified or have any idea what they were doing. When I followed up with the customer service team they were extremely unhelpful, dismissive and offered a $50 credit note- I wouldn’t book another massage with this service so the credit note is redundant.

Blys is an amazing little app! It's dead easy to use just pop in your details and what you’re after and the best part is, they send someone right to you for all your self-care needs. It's like having a little slice of relaxation delivered straight to your doorstep. Can't recommend it enough! ?
