Mainly permanents in this park and right on the highway. Friendly Managers which was nice and big sites - old toilets but clean. We liked it because it was an overnight stop for us which was great because it was easy to get in and out of and you avoid Townsville.

The road in is complete trash the gate stops nobody located on the outskirts of Townsville (already dangerous place to live)very dangerous child was actually Mia and cops and management were harrassing everyone around at the time I was there.the pool is trash they use a deceptive picture of it it is tiny and polluted with run off from the main road and dirt that contains melioidosis.not to mention zero privacy and terrible cleaners that choose to clean toilets at the most inconvenient times and if your in there are inconsiderate and will turn the water off on you if they want you out.the permanent residents think they run the place and management is never around and all the residents spy on you with camaras whole place has a cult like feeling out there.Bluewater Caravan Park management it is not Steve's job to tell you anything? Steve pays for working amenities Your cleaners and maintenance workers are the problem not Steve do your own dirty work.Nah mate the only scam here running is your park, typical defence from the park owner who's NEVER THERE ? JUST EXPECTS EVERYONE TO PUT UP WITH TYPICAL TRAILER PARK TRASH WHILE HE SCAMS YOUR MONEY.BE CAREFUL OUT THERE ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF TOWNSVILLE GETS REAL DARK AT NIGHT.SCAM?

Lovely place with fresh water , mens toilet has only 1 toilet , sorry thought I should edit and wish to ask to upgrade the amenities, could even put showers with a meter

A very nice park but current management have allowed the roads to be almost completely destroyed it is a shame but is currently in an extremely dangerous and unusable condition they seem not to give a dam.

The park looks like it's home to the locals but this isn't to discourage staying there. The lady at reception was very friendly. Our site was nice and big for our camper trailer. Amenities were older but clean. The park was quiet and the grass was green, it looks like its maintained.

Great place for an overnight stop. Off the highway , north of Townsville. Good value at $37.80 for 2 of us and camper. Very clean facilities, good pressure, hot
showers. Friendly new owners have made great improvements to this older park. Large pitches, but not a lot with shade. It’s a dog friendly park most were on lead. But we saw a couple of dogs wandering off lead, no owners in sight. Overall, a good experience Would definite return.
