I moved to Blueheath in May this year and I just love living here. Best decision I ever made. I never thought a retirement village would be for me.
This boutique village offers a friendly, relaxed lifestyle with a great community spirit.

There are special interest groups and plenty of activities if you wish to engage. The clubhouse facilities are lovely and always available for residents, families and guests. The gardens and grounds are well maintained and the village is gated so I feel safe and secure here.
The homes are lovely and well designed with quality inclusions.

I can’t speak more highly of the Management team who are motivated and always there to assist with any issues or just to have a friendly chat when we bump into them in the village as they’re out and about.

A lovely well-spaced-out peaceful village lifestyle . We’ve been here since April 2034 and have relished the active social life, lovely neighbours, no home maintenance, clubhouse with indoor swimming pool and exercise activities.
There’s an Annual Salvos Toy Donation, regulate group lunches and dinners, Happy hours and raffles and various outings to foster the community spirit in this lovely welcoming village.
The managers are always obliging and look after our needs (Concierge service!) so that we don’t have to change light bulbs or do any gardening or maintainence it’s included in our monthly fees.
The villas are roomy inside and well spaced apart, with deep driveways, double-width roads and all are different in appearance so that it looks like a normal suburban road with landscaping and street lights. There are also motion-operated lighted bollards around all the pathways at night and the village is a gated community which offers extra security.
We are very happy we chose to come here and certainly don’t regret our choice, especially as the entire village size will be limited to 112 villas maximum, which means we won’t become overcrowded.

Blueheath at the Bower is a wonderful place to live. From our first meeting with Adam we were made to feel welcome . We were shown the homes that were available and given a tour of the village. We chose our new home that day! Our transition to retirement living was made so easy by the management here, nothing was a problem! Since moving in we know this village was meant for us!

The location, design of the homes and the community infrastructure are excellent and well thought out - and energy efficient. Green ticks everywhere.

About 18 months ago, we just drove into Blueheath on a whim to have a look and we were made welcome, even though we hadn't made an appointment. A couple of weeks later we had paid our holding deposit for a Villa that had not yet been built. Now we have been living here for 6 months and we're very happy in our Villa which is big enough to feel like we have plenty of living space, but small enough to be easy to clean. We love not having to do lawn mowing, pool cleaning, gutter cleaning and other jobs that were starting to get a bit hard for us. The Village managers are friendly and listen to our requests. The Clubhouse, including a pool and a gym, is there when we want it, and there are plenty of community activities but no pressure to join in if you don't want to. The Village is about 30 mins from Newcastle, Maitland and Nelson Bay, and Newcastle/Williamtown Airport which will be hosting International flights very soon, is only a 10-minute drive away. Three large hospitals are, again, only about 30 minutes away. Overall, we're very happy with our move to Blueheath at the Bower. It's worth a look.

Vinden Lawyers have had the absolute pleasure in working with Blueheath from inception of the village. The care, compassion and dedication to its residents is unsurpassed and they continue tirelessly to build dream homes for residents ready to take the next steps in their retirement goals. The village itself in stunning and no detail has been missed. Blueheath has carefully thought out every detail of the village and the villas whilst happy to make any changes to villas to support the residents in building their dream home.
