The location was great as we didn't need to be in the centre. the beach was close by and the pool was great. We really enjoyed the pool! it was a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms which was very convenient and it had a kitchen so we could cook breakfast go out for the whole day and then cook some dinner when we returned. very convenient apartment.

The rooms at very modern, and pretty rundown. Struggled with some of the locks as well as struggled closing the ranch slider. However, the location is perfect. The beach is across the road with amazing sites and convenient access to everything you possibly need. Unfortunately, we were on the third floor and there are no lifts so unloading families worth of luggage and groceries involved, multiple trips up and three flights of stairs. Convenient car parking underneath the place. Swimming pool was fabulous and heated, although not very hot so late night swims were a little cold. Definitely stay here again.

Average Stay - Suitable for One Night

Our stay at Blue Waters Apartments was fine for one night, but there were several areas that could use improvement. The facilities felt a bit outdated, with the bathroom and kitchenette showing their age. It seems like renovations were done quite a while ago.

One downside was the limited access to the swimming pool, which closed at 9:30 PM, making it inconvenient if you want to relax after a long day. Additionally, our room faced a busy road, and the noise from the traffic was noticeable.

On the positive side, the free underground parking was a great perk, especially for convenience and security.

Overall, it’s an okay choice for a short stay, but if you’re planning a longer visit, you might want to look for something with more updated facilities.

My friends and I stayed here over the weekend to celebrate some personal achievements and take a break from our normal lives for a while. We had one of the apartments on the top floor, and I can easily say that we were all happy with what we got. There was a nice view of the pool area from the living room, the apartment was spacious and homey. There's a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, a large dining table, and a nice little balcony with a small table. WiFi and a TV with streaming services.

There were a few minor issues we had, but nothing out of the ordinary for cheap accommodation. The mattresses on the beds were quite firm, it was slightly uncomfortable but we were able to sleep just fine. The couches in the living room are quite small and a bit uncomfortable. There were no windows in either of the two bathrooms in our apartment, and also the extractor fans did not work in either of them, so showering or using the toilet was unpleasant. There was only 1 power outlet in the second bedroom and it was hidden behind one of the beds, the only way to access this was by rearranging the beds. However, there were ample power outlets in the other bedroom and around the apartment. The kitchen comes stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, a cooking pot, a saucepan and other useful utensils, but there was only one tiny packet of dish soap provided. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the main bathroom, but only one small packet of laundry liquid provided. It took us a while to get used to how the door handles and locks worked, but once we were used to it there were no issues.

Although the driveway to get into the underground parking garage looks daunting, I drive a lowered car and was able to drive in and out without any issues (there is a speed bump, but there's room to go around it).

Overall, my friends and I were quite happy without experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would like to thank the team at Blue Waters Apartments for making this possible for us. If you're looking for something cheap but still decent, I recommend this place!

Great pool. Helpful staff. Rooms spacious. Bed absolutely horrific. It's currently 3am on night 2 of an 8 night stay and I think the money we saved on cheap accommodation will now be spent on chiropractors. After the first night of tossing and turning all night we went out and bought a mattress topper and I can still feel every spring in the bed digging into me. Tomorrow I will buy new pillows because the huge concrete ones on the bed have given me a stiff neck.
Contemplating sleeping on the couch.

The pool had some kids being loud, swearing and had loud music. They that had jumped the fence into the pool area and clearly weren't staying at the accommodation. Other than that it was great.

Great location, Average rooms, owners/managers seem lovely.
Paid for cot to be put into the room, arrived and wasn't a cot in the room, luckily the owner/manager was able to bring us a broken cot we could use for the night. Unfortunately, the $400+ price tag we paid wasn't worth it, hopefully they can do some renovations and give the place some TLC its desperately searching for!
Good luck for the future πŸ™‚
