Quick stop for a bite on the road. Lovely staff excellent cauliflower cheese pie and sausage roll. Best pot of tea I’ve had in a cafe for a long time. Hot and strong. Quaint cafe with homemade pastries yum.

Absolute Gem! Delicious pies. Had the chicken curry and the mushroom beef. Both delicious and lovely thin crust pastry. Friendly and inviting with a wonderful view of the river.

Wow! The sausage rolls are humongous! (I would say the meat is at least 300g alone- photo or had been cut into two)
The cappuccinos... to die for! Out of a month in Tasmania... these cappuccinos are the top of our list! You can not seriously compare!
The Cafe is quirky and great views, and the ladies.... hard workers but still with a lovely sense of humour and a smile Which makes it even more worth going too!

A friendly lady served us. The steak and bacon pie I had was excellent. The chicken and leek pie my wife had was runny and had a soggy bottom. My son loved the cake. I'd come back another day to try a different pie.

My favorite Café in Franklin, for sure! The Chicken and Brie pie is a must-have. I was so happy to find this hidden gem while in Tassie. Enjoyed my mornings there a few times during my 1 month stay ❤️

Coffee was good without being great. Generous portions on b&e toast. Breakfast menu doesn’t have heaps on it but enough for a basic country breakfast. Staff were very nice.

The sweetest little cafe tucked away in Franklin. My husband and I stopped off for some brunch and were delighted with what we ordered. Much rather support a small business owner and have homemade food delivered. Will certainly be back.
