Awful unclean, unkept hotel Rooms smelt of urine family room was so small you couldn't swing a cat in there Needs to be burnt down and rebuilt. Rotten timbers in the bathroom mould everywhere eve on the windows Only good thing was the linen was fresh and clean Looks like that there has been no maintainace for years Many long term residents living there so the place is really run down

Absolutely putrid the dishes. We’re filthy the beds weren’t made got and I had an allergic reaction to something in the rooms wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there

Absolutely outdated filled with psychotic people on drugs/drug addicts people above you stomping around parents allowing their children just to go knocking on random peoples doors and windows all through the night. You can’t even have a normal conversation without getting kicked out because crackheads want to accuse people that are having a normal conversation and say they’re having an argument. My partner and I stayed there for a week and got yelled at for not cleaning up other peoples mess in the communal kitchen got yelled at as we were washing the dishes that we just use constantly verbally abused over apparently stealing things when the owners watch the person who stealing it do it right in front of them then accuse other people of doing it when it’s not even there the receptionist is somewhat nice but the owner Jeff and his little African wife are not nice people at all. Someone was literally opened their door and was screaming at the top of their lungs whilst the owner was in the next room and he didn’t do anything or say anything, but God forbid you have a normal conversation in a normal tone and then you get into trouble for that as them saying it’s arguing. Absolute disgraceful would not ever go there again and would not recommend to anyone and PS filled with cockroaches and spiders and bugs and filled with black mould so don’t take your kids there

Our stuff was stolen by the cleaners or owner not sure who. And by our stuff I mean several baby toys including one that my son won’t stop crying over and it’s been a month. And also a bag of baby food was stolen which okay if they need food take it I don’t want no baby hungry but I had a set of hair pliers that cost $140. Extremely wrong as the owner allowed this. Owner didn’t try and get the items back of anything. Will be going further to see if fair trading or someone can help as it’s just wrong. If it was done by mistake then replace the items they were for my babies birthday.

Also place is full of drug addicts. And owner also is aware but doesn’t care.

Also they did give back our cot. And said they threw the rest out. I’m confused why they would throw brand new items out however only an idiot would believe that. Someone took the stuff home and they only kept the cot to use on site then when we asked for it back they obviously still had the cot so gave it back.

Outdated rooms and appliances with some not working. Bathrooms are old and need updating. Lovely front desk and good location minus being straight off the highway.

One star only because the man at reception was lovely (and because you can't give zero stars) but my goodness this place shouldn't be allowed to operate. We paid $200 for a "family" room, i.e the bunk beds were with the fridge and microwave, we couldn't take our shoes off, couldn't use the shower and taps due to the brown water coming out, the wardrobe was in the bathroom then when we went to wipe some water off the carpet the towel went brown - thats how dirty the floor is. We can't believe we paid $200 for this - the place should be fixed up before allowing any more guests to stay - or be demolished!

Booked for 2 rooms (5ppl) for the night for us to attend a wedding. Had.to book 2 rooms as booking.com listed the family room to sleep 4 only for me to get there & find it could sleep 5. I asked to cancel the other room willing to pay the 50% cancellation fee. Manager was all over the place, sweating profusely & a bit vague in the head. Asked me to cancel through the app. During this process a call came through for him asking to book a room, claims he was booked out & then realised he can rebook my room, asking them to wait. |My mistake was by paying with cash, a total of $370 (for both rooms) & he said once the booking is cancelled he will return me half the room. I waited near 2 hours by the pool with my kids to enter the room as a it was still being cleaned & to get ready for the wedding.|During the afternoon the manager has brought an envelope containing $80 cash (half the room charge).|Room was passable but only just.|Later that week they charged me on my card back $70!!!!!! Therefore Ive paid the full charge for the full unused room!|When broached about it through booking.com the 'lady' on the other end claims 'Jeff' the manager has written he returned $100 to me in cash. A lie.|Later down the conversation she then states it was $110.|And that they couldn't rebook the room that night... Although when I returned from the wedding the light was on in the room & a car parked in its spot.|Total rort!!!! They are liars & untrustworthy! Do not stay here....

This place should be taken over by someone that wants to update it. Great location but in desperate need of updating, it could be a real gem unfortunately who ever owns it doesn't give a hoot.
