Blue Ocean have been my go to for skin and waxing for a few years now and every single one of the girls there do an incredible job. Always feel a warm glow after because they're so friendly, and my skin always looks great and hydrated afterwards. The shoulder/ arm massage as part of the environ facial is an added bonus.
