Float therapy should be included at every resort spa. I don’t know how I will ever start treatments without it.

The welcome was warm and I was brought a herbal tea whilst I filled the consultation form. +1⭐️

My journey of bliss started with a 45-minute float. It was incredibly relaxing. They provide ear plugs and a float disc for your neck. After 10 mins, I removed the float disc and just relaxed into the water. +3⭐️

My journey of bliss continued with the Nourish & Restore spa package.

The music in the room was incredibly loud. I am glad I didn’t just “put up with it” - there are no volume controls in the room so my therapist had to stop the massage to go to reception to turn the volume down to a sensible level. -1⭐️

It is not easy to find a spa therapist who is good in both massage and facial. I had asked for a medium to firm massage, but it was more light to medium. She was professional but missing the “magic hands” of a really good massage therapist. -0.5⭐️

What my therapist lacked in the massage she more than made up in the facial. The facial was superb and it is clear she has magic hands for a facial. The face massage left me wanting more. I also loved the mask that was used. A proper mask as opposed to paper ones that a lot of places use these days. +2.5⭐️

After I got dressed, slowly, drunken from so much bliss, I got to sit for a while in the relaxation room. +1⭐️

They did not try to sell me any products. +1⭐️

Bliss level achieved: 8.5/10⭐️

My 30-minute float at Blue Lagoon Float and Spa Hyde Park was amazing—honestly, it saved me the airfare to the Dead Sea! The feeling of weightlessness was exactly how I imagine floating in space. The underwater speaker was a great touch, as my ears were submerged, and the sounds were calming. I did ask about more nature sounds beyond ocean waves, but options were limited—something to consider for future playlists! Having the water spray handy was an eye saver when you accidently get a bit of water in your eyes when getting the hang of it.

Everything needed for the float was within reach, and the staff member’s explanation was clear and helpful. However, just as she was doing a great job setting the peaceful atmosphere, two other staff members giggling down the corridor briefly interrupted the serenity. Not a huge deal, but a little distracting in what’s meant to be an ultra-relaxing uber premium experience.

The 30-minute infrared sauna was also a highlight! The dry heat was great, and the controls were super easy to adjust. Being 6ft tall, I could sit comfortably but couldn’t lie down, which I usually like in larger traditional saunas. The biggest surprise? A damp towel—on a 37-degree day! The staff mentioned they were having trouble drying them, which seemed ironic given the weather. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a small fix that would improve the experience.

Overall, it’s a great place to try floating, especially with their affordable entry level deals. A few small touches—more sound choices, a bit more staff awareness, and dry towels—and this would be an easy 5-star experience. I can absolutely see why, this is a 5-star spot for many people. I’ll definitely be back (maybe with my own towel, just in case)! 😆

What a warming, relaxing and beautiful time I've had at Blue Lagoon spa. There was no rush and the environment is just so beautiful and Zen. The sauna, float and massage were all amazing and I have already recommended some of my friends to come here. The girls were so lovely!

I indulged in the “Mum to Be” package today which included a float, massage and facial. The float was perfect & very relaxing. Staff ran through every detail to ensure I had the most comfortable and rewarding experience. I really must mention Angela who did my massage and facial. She was very attentive, kind, and had a calming presence. Despite being a pregnancy massage and not being perfectly positioned she made the experience very comfortable and stepped me through each step. One of the best massages I’ve had. I will definitely be going back and requesting Angela for my next massage!

The Oasis was absolutely sensational! Starting off with a tranquil float session to relax my body and mind, followed by a relaxing massage with the beautiful Ella. Her magical hands worked out the knots in my tight, tender muscles. She even applied some heating balm for me afterwards. I had one of the best night sleeps ever! I usually struggle to get to sleep due to neck and back pain, causing me to toss and turn frequently, but I was out very quickly and barely moved. I woke up with no pain, and have been pain free since.

I went on 27/2/25 at 10:30. I was immediately greeted by both staff with a warm welcome.
Both ladies were extremely accommodating and had a very calming tone and presence.
Walking down the hallway I was amazed at how big the place is, how well presented it is and the amount of options there were.
Everything was explained well and was made to feel I had plenty of time which was relaxing.
My float experience was nice, I was given options on lights and music. I have discovered I prefer more sensory deprivation than I chose this time. The massage I received from Jasmine, I believe her name was, was the best massage I have ever received. Once she was finished I felt a deep relaxation I haven't felt in a long time.
From start to finish this place delivered on everything they claim on their website, which is a rare thing these days. I would definitely recommend and will be returning soon.

What an amazing place to unwind and rejuvenate!! The staff were so kind, professional and attentive from the moment they greeted me. I had The Reviver Package. 3 hours of pure bliss !! The amazing masseuse Jasmine took all my back pains away that had been bothering me for weeks. She knew all the pressure points that released ALL the pain I’ve had in my back and hips. I wanted to cry !! THANK YOU !!! 🙏🏽 I will definitely be back next time I’m in Adeliade & I’ll be telling my peeps to visit as well !!
