This is a small, but well maintained, quiet and spotlessly clean caravan site close to the centre of Yeppoon. It doesn't offer WiFi or have a dump point, like other larger sites, but the overnight rates reflect this. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Convenient location - clean amenities good hot showers - Danni and Dave ever so helpful. Will definitely be back. Not an issue but no dump site but one located less than 5 minutes at the Tourist Info Centre.

Friendly, caring staff. Danni and Dave were always helpful and very obliging. Shower pressure was great and water was always hot. Very clean facilities and park. Walking distance to shopping centres, hotels, restaurants and beach front. A great place to stay. Thank you Danni for fitting us in. We look forward to staying with you again next July.

Great little park with friendly staff. Simple setup
without pool/playground/dump point. We enjoyed 4 nights in an unpowered site. Bathroom and laundry always nice and clean. Would stay again. Handy location.

Very well maintained park very friendly but not centre of town or SHORT walk to cafes and lagoon this was misleading and this is why I chose this park only to find it wasn’t close

Paid normal price for a powered site .Booked a few months ago. Got there and owner put us in an unpowered grass camp area. Power was provided by an orange surge protector box with a plastic bucket over it that was shared by 2 sites. Once 3rd occupied I was asked to move my powered cord to bbq area.Water required 2 long hoses. My neighbour had to cart water in buckets as his hose would not reach tap.
NO dump point but on site man was helpful in undoing a cabin sewer pipe for me. Thanks nate.👎
Owner was a friendly lady & Yeppoon is a beautiful spot BUT this park let's it down badly. Needs updating.
Not recommended.
