Had a massage few days ago, the massage was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The therapist demonstrated a refined technique, using subtle, well-measured pressure that effortlessly released tension without discomfort. Every movement felt intentional and deeply intuitive. The space itself was thoughtfully designed—calming lighting, soft music, and a delicate hint of essential oils created an atmosphere that invited relaxation. It was the perfect balance of professionalism and tranquility, leaving me feeling both physically lighter and mentally clearer. Highly recommended for those who appreciate a well-curated experience.

I recently visited Bliss Massage in Kangaroo Point, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off—there was a noticeable emptiness in the space, which made the experience feel even less inviting.

The massage itself was disappointing. The therapist seemed unskilled, lacking the technique and care I expected. It felt rushed, as if they were more focused on finishing quickly than providing a quality service.

What added to my dissatisfaction was the upfront payment requirement. While I understand the policy, it felt more like a push for money than a genuine service experience. As a customer seeking relaxation and care, I left feeling let down and unsatisfied.

Overall, I would not recommend Bliss Massage Kangaroo Point. There are plenty of other places that prioritize customer experience and skill. I certainly won't be returning.

While I understand you have a process in place, my experience with the massage therapist did not meet my expectations, and I believe it's important to communicate this.

I found the therapist's skills lacking, which significantly affected my overall experience. I recognise the value of customer feedback during the service, but I didn't feel comfortable voicing my concerns at the time.

I wrote this review almost 48 hours ago, and I am now editing it in response to the ridiculous claim below from Bliss Massage and because I phoned you guys yesterday wanting to kindly speak about my review and be repectful and professional about it but I was rudely hung up on and I even sent a text (like I was asked to do) but I've gotten no real response. So here we go...
Just because I also have a business in the same area does NOT mean I am out to ruin or damage any other business. I actually feel that local businesses should help and support each other. That statement from you below is an absolute joke and just makes you look bad. I was in pain that day with my back, and I wanted to support and try out a local business. This review I wrote is a legitimate and HONEST review, and your response below is just disrespectful and VERY unprofessional. Yes, get google to remove it like you said, if that's what you want, but I 100% stick to my truthful and honest review. I truly wish you all the best with your business. I am removing myself from this childish situation now. Thank You.

I wasn't going to write a review, but I feel I need to. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I went there a few weeks ago.
When I arrived the lady wasn't good at giving direction as to follow her or sit and wait etc, after payment before the treatment she just walked away and didnt instruct me on what she wanted me to do etc, so I found that a little awkward and unprofessional. When I got into the room the table looked unclean and wasn't prepared with no clean sheets or a towel to drape over my body when I got undress. Again there was no instruction or much communication from the therapist.
During the treatment I was just so uncomfortable in the therapists lack of techniques, lack of use of oil (which in the end I had to ask for myself after a good 15 to 20 minutes) There was no skills, I was feeling she was using her knuckles running them up and down my back and even going on my bones! And when I would voice my thoughts / concerns to her, I found her to be very rude and dismissive towards me and even annoyed with me. Just so unprofessional and my body felt worse after the treatment. The whole experience was just awful. I asked for a full body massage and she ONLY worked on my back and legs. Even when I voiced my concerns again she made me feel stupid. This was NOT a full body massage for an hour. This was an older lady that was my therapist, she looked to be the person in charge and she was absolutely terrible. There may be other better massage therapists in this place but this was my experience, my opinion and HONEST review. Thank You.

Save yourself disappointment and go somewhere else.

You will pay $90 for a deep tissue massage, but only receive a poor quality massage from an unqualified person on a tourist visa that doesn't speak english.

The owner denies ever receiving bad feedback in the past, but just check previous reviews.

I was very tired after driving for several hours, and happened to see this newly opened massage shop. I didn’t expect them to be so professional. They relieved my fatigue and made my body relax. It’s a pity that I was just passing by here and can’t come here often, so I have to share such a good therapeutic massage shop with everyone!

Nice and clean. Little cottage for massage therapy place. Very happy with therapist. She is absolutely amazing. With patient and delightful skills. Will come back again. I'm happy for what I paid for

I was exhausted after a weekend hike and a long day at work, but masseuse Michael was incredible. He worked on every muscle, instantly relieving my pain. I've had massages at various places, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had.
The place was new, clean, tidy and the beds were clean and fresh. Great service!
Highly recommend!!

Visiting Brisbane and Bliss was convenient for my hotel. I arrived with few expectations but was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the acupressure based massage. Can, the masseuse and owner, intuitively got the pressure spot on and quickly identified areas needing work, which she did most expertly, and with a smile.

It's a great clean and tidy massage shop and I would unhesitatingly recommend it.

I will be returning.
