Completely amazing! We had the most amazing stay!
The owners were away during our visit, and it was so wonderful to see the genuine love and excitement the caretakers had for the farm despite their absence.
Annie went above and beyond, even coming to tell us about freshly hatched ducklings just before we were packing up to head home.
As a birthday gift to celebrate our daughters 7th birthday, Blackwattle farm was everything we could have wished for and so much more!
A huge thank you to everyone we met at the farm, and I'm sure we will be back!

We stayed at Blackwattle Farm for our son’s 4th birthday, and it was such a great experience!

Emma, the host, was super friendly and made everything easy for us. She and her lovely dogs gave us a warm welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and stocked with breakfast essentials like milk, bread, homemade kumquat jam, and honey from the farm—such a nice touch!

Australia Zoo was just 10 minutes away, and there was a 10% discount voucher in our room, which made our visit even better. Our son’s favorite part was the Saturday morning animal feeding, and we also loved picking fresh limes and chilies from the garden.

There’s a great Thai restaurant nearby for takeaway—the laksa, fried rice, and pad Thai were all delicious! We also enjoyed a cozy campfire (firewood available for $15).

We had such a fun and relaxing stay—we’d love to visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin was comfy and had everything we needed and we loved eating outside in beautiful nature. Emma was so helpful and friendly. The kids (and adults!) loved the farm tour each morning and feeding the pigs, goats, ducks and chickens. We even got to hold a baby duck and a baby chick - so cute! Great location just 10 mins from shops and the zoo. Thanks Emma and the team at Blackwattle!

I recently had the most wonderful stay at Black Wattle Farm in Beerwah, and I can’t recommend it enough! The beauty of the place was absolutely breathtaking and peaceful as the nature sounds surround you!

After a rainy night, Saturday morning was simply magical, with mist hanging over the fields and birds singing in the distance. It felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Breakfast was provided to us. In the fridge there were jam, butter, bread, milk and fresh fruits. Also cereal, coffee and tea as you wish.

We had the chance to take a tour around the farm, visit the vegetable gardens and feed the farm animals. There were a variety of farm animals such as pigs, ducks, chooks, alpacas, goats, peacocks and guinea pigs! We got the chance to hold baby goats and chickens.

The location of Black Wattle Farm is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Maleny area. The farm is close to local shops, cafes, and everything you might need, yet still tucked away in a peaceful rural setting. We had plenty of options for food and amenities, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Overall, our two nights at Black Wattle Farm were absolutely unforgettable. Comfy beds, cozy setting with a great view and sounds of nature❤️
Whether you’re looking to relax in nature, spend a few nights with friends, explore the farm, or just unwind, this place has it all. I can’t wait to return and experience it all again!

We had a wonderful stay at Blackwattle farm.
The tiny house & deck was beautiful and comfortable, the views were awesome and feeding the animals was so much fun.

We stayed at Blackwattle Farm with our kids (5 and 2). They loved feeding the animals (cows, pigs, goats, ducks, ginea pigs) in the mornings. Playing with the friendly dogs. Explore the Sunshine Coast and then come back to the lovely cabins. Very comfortable with everything you need and more. Beautifully furnished cabin with personal touches (local honey, jam, farm eggs). Plus relaxing outdoor area with BBQ and firepit. Emma is a brilliant host.

Took my girl friend to blackwattle for her birthday, she loved it!
You get greeted by friendly dogs as you come in.
The tiny homes are amazing and so is the property.
Awesome balcony with BBQ. Fire Pitt area was nice aswell.
Hot showers and if you need anything Emma will go the extra mile for you.
Of course the farm animals are brilliant worth going down for a feed in the morning.
All in all great stay.

This is such a beautiful place to stay. Gorgeous tiny homes with everything thought out from home made marmalade in the fridge to mozzie spray on the deck. You get your own privacy and gorgeous views. Emily and the family is lovely and welcoming along side all the animals. This by far beats a 5 star hotel any day!
