Great one night stay at an unpowered site. Very clean amenity block with high pressure hot showers and flushing toilets. Nice and spacious campers kitchen. Close to blue mountains and definitely check out the mermaid cave walk while you’re in the area, only a 7 minute drive away.

This is always a great experience. The owners of the park are super friendly and easy to speak to. The caravan sites are large and easy to back into. The ensuite and other bathroom facilities are super clean. Whilst the park is aging the service is excellent. Well done guys, we will see you next year.

Caravan Park is great. During winter, try get a spot that gets some sun. Northern side of park is in shade most/all day. Great people running the place and shower facilities are heated. Can get freaky cold here.

This was our first visit , came for a family gathering over easter. There were 4 adults in the 3 bedroom cabin I am reviewing.
The pros: Lovely location, enjoyed the beautiful autumn trees outlook from our cabin, which had a nice large deck.
Friendly , helpful on-site staff.
Walking distance to Blackheath.

Cons: cleanliness not up yo scratch had to clean fridge, also too small for when you are cooking in. We had to buy ice in for an esky due to fridge having missing/ no door storage for bottles. Informed staff they said previous guests broke it, not sure how long ago that was though.
Lounges were very worn, sagging, very dirty under cushions when we tried to see why we kept sinking.
The lounge coverings so dirty we ended up putting a blanket over them to sit on - very uncomfortable. Tiny TV 📺 that only had a few free to air channels, that kept pillaging. Staff did come and assist with that, but it shortly reverted back to unwatchable.
I wouldn't recommend for 4 adults, it was cramped and bathroom / toilet combined meant often using the communal facilities.

Next to no bench area to prepare or cook in kitchen, constantly bumping into each other as area so small when trying to cook. Maybe a young family would be okay here, as the 3rd bunk room was quite large and kids would have room to play in it. The living area is tiny compared to other cabins we've stayed in.
These are mainly minor annoyances, but I think the council should spend some money, get proper cleaning throughout, and replace those terrible old past their use by dates dirty lounges.

Overall we had fun with family here, but disappointed in the accommodation.

The family members camping were quite happy as they brought their own gear and grounds are quite nice.

Great caravan park, in a great little town/village. Terrific receptionist, good sized sites (im a 28 foot motorhome - no problems in/out around park), facilities were neat, clean and tidy, all round friendly and a very pleasant stay. Great base to explore the Blue Mountains from. We'll be back for sure... your showers were so good ...

Stayed one night in our campervan on an unpowered site and it was great. Facilities clean and in amazing condition within close proximity of our pitch which was amazing for the mid night dash to the toilet! Lots of facilities for dish washing, clothes washing. BBQ areas etc.||Had sun in the evening till quite late and first thing in the morning. ||Great local surroundings. Found a good bush walk from the campsite which was 1.5hrs - amazing views and different terrains. Also a nearby pool which was lovely to take advantage of.||Clean, quiet and great location away from the busy Katoomba.

Nice and quiet, even when full. We stayed in the older chalet, well maintained and clean. Had all we needed for a 4-night stay, a wide verandah that overlooked the bush. Shopping in the village was good with butcher, baker groceries (and a candle stick maker!). Petrol price was good.|Staff very welcoming, and special thanks for the advice as to walking and outlook spots away from the Katoomba buses! Thanks for putting on the sunny weather!

The staff is super friendly and helpful! The kitchen is quite big and has everything that you need. But the best part are the bathrooms!!! I never had such a joy going to the amenities. They had heaters at the toilets and the showers. At night it was quite cold, but after a hot shower you come out and you get heated by the heaters and even your clothes are already warm when you left them on the bench. And my favourite part are the toilets. Even there you have the heaters. So when it is cold you have a heater heating you while being on the toilet. This makes you never want to leave the amenities. A brilliant idea, I love it!!! ❤️
