We've dined here many times and always enjoy it. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The menu offers a great selection, and we've never had a bad meal. We especially appreciate the separate sports bar area and the fantastic kids' playground, which our daughter loves. The Thursday and Friday meat raffles are a fun bonus. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy a meal, and let the kids play. We can't recommend it enough. Very family friendly.

Great service and very nice food. The staff were fantastic..highly recommend here for a nice meal in a very relaxing place for the family. Please note that we only had dinner here and can't comment on accommodation.

Wonderful staff at our recent stay. Very welcoming & assisted us with a courtesy bus to the concert we were attending. Excellent food & the rooms were very clean & comfortable. Thanks for a great stay !

The food was average for the price, and the service needs improvement. I had two bad interactions, one where the staff member was unclear and unhelpful, and the other where the staff member was rude. There was one young guy behind the bar who was approachable and helpful, but overall it was a bad experience and won't be returning.

The month of February has seen two special celebrations for our family, one being our mums 95th birthday lunch with a very large group of family and friends as well as my nieces 21st birthday event. We could not have asked for anymore from the amazing chefs, kitchen staff and of course the wonderful Penny and Charlotte who looked after us from beginning to end. These two lovely ladies went above and beyond to ensure both our celebrations were just amazing and enjoyable. Food was delicious at both events as we ordered from the menu for my mums birthday and we ordered platters for the 21st . Would highly recommend the Blackbutt for any occasion.

Staff were friendly, I didn't eat, but the food my friends got looked amazing and the menu was extensive. Reasonably priced drinks and free live music on a Friday....what's not to love?!

Held our Xmas Dinner for 50 people there.
Excellent tasting meals & serving sizes, backed with efficient & friendly service from all of the staff.
Big thanks to Penny for her help during the planning, we had a few changes but nothing was a problem for her.

Visited two days in a row, both days the service was amazing. The lady behind the counter was friendly, and very accommodating. The food was delicious and the kods enjoyed having a play on the indoor playground.
