Thanh and the team remembered my name and my order by my third visit. The sense of community the Blackbird team has created was exemplified by their opening on Christmas morning with a table laid out with chocolate gifts and sparkling lemonade “while you wait.”

Thanh and the gang are like family. They always take care of you and give the best possible service. It’s lovely to see the community that has been built around this hole in the wall coffee shop in camp hill. It just shows that great people can do amazing things with small spaces. A bonus that they always use different beans - it’s like trying 100 coffee shops in one. Thanh also invests heavily in the equipment for the shop and has some incredible coffee gear.
