Pastry has been a trendy indulgence in Sydney for a while now. The perfect one strikes a balance—rich with butter but not overly oily. In my last visit in blue mountain, the bakery in katoomba was sold out everything in an early afternoon. This time I visited their headquarters in Lawson. Their croissants are beautifully layered, flaky structure creates a delightful crunch, even if I buy it in the morning and enjoy it later at night. These croissants embody the essence of French tradition, with a subtle twist that caters to Australian tastes. How cute to see they have a poster stick on the wall and telling customers each days specials. A warm fresh baked Croissant and a cup of coffee made my day!

It was our stop on our Blue Mountains trip. Magnificent smells spread all over the street. After waiting in line for a while, we bought a wonderful bread, 2 plain croissants, 2 chocolate croissants and 2 hot chocolates. The bread was tremendous. The croissant was the best croissant I've ever had in my life.

Headed to Blue Mountains? Don't sleep on this bakery because it's worth every bite.
Options are aplenty, whether it be savory or sweet. My absolute favourite is the quiche (panchetta raclette) which has the perfect ratio of everything. We loved it so much, we had to get another one. The other favourite is the cinnamon croissant, perfect level of sweetness and obsessed with that soft inside layer. Don't care so much for the donut, it can be skipped.
A destination in itself, that's for sure.

Friendly staff and interesting flavours available. We really enjoyed the oomite danish, potato Gruyère danish and lemon meringue. I’m not usually a lemon meringue person but that was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing bread and pastries. The pastries truly authentic as in France. On weekends they do more savoury stuff, quiches are delicious! All bread has the perfect texture and consistent in quality every time.

I come here nearly once a month from the inner west of Sydney. Love all the bread and desserts. Coffee can be a little better.
I know the flour they use for all there baking it is the best in Australia. Awesome God bless you all.

Been living in France since 40 years, and I can tell you this is the real deal here. Don't look anywhere else for the french modern classics: bread; croissants, pains au chocolat...everything is state of the art and absolutely delicious ! On adore !

Great bakery in the area. Got our carb fix for sure. They have plenty of options of all different sourdoughs, breads and pastries. Both regular croissant and chocolate and pistachio snail were great
